Facing the lake of 'La Encantada' 10 minutes from Córdoba capital, with spectacular views, its sunrises and sunsets facing the lake as well as only 10 minutes from one of the most beautiful capitals in the world with all the equipment of a large city.
SPECIAL PRICES ARE OFFERED FOR STAYS OF 7 DAYS.
You can enjoy the advantages of rural accommodation, fishing, hiking, golf courses, swimming in the pool in the Sierra Morena.
Inside the house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, some with double bed and two double bedrooms, bathroom in the double bedroom and another bathroom in the hallway.
Two terraces one to the back and one in the front facing the lake, ideal for spending the afternoon.
On one side a viewpoint-solarium facing the lake, where you can sunbathe during the day and enjoy your dinner at night, all accompanied by enviable views.
It also has a terrace in the kitchen to enjoy breakfast with views of Sierra Moreno.
At only 50 meters we have the lake restaurant with magnificent evening evenings.
Community pool and tennis court behind the charlet - 10-minute golf-tennis and paddle sports club.
The forest park of Los Villares 10 minutes away and countless hiking trails that run throughout Sierra Morena.

We have a travel cot to ride if requested by the traveler.

La casa esta muy bien equipada por dentro y limpia. Sin embargo la parte de fuera no se correspondia del todo con las fotos. Sobre todo por estar algo sucia y vieja.

Estupenda zona, tranquila y con varias actividades disponibles para hacer con amigos. Rutas de senderismo, una barca para 2 personas para navegar por el lago que se encuentra a excasos 15 metros de la casa, más pista de tenis a poco tiempo andando de la casa. Encantados de la estancia, que cuenta con todo lo necesario, barbacoa, cocina equipada, 2 baños y 3 habitaciones grandes, un salón amplió y varias terracitas con buenas vistas. It was a lovely place to stay. Very peaceful and with excellent facilities.

We loved staying in this beautiful house. It was very well equipped and lovely to be able to make use of the swimming pool and the lake. You will definitely need a car to stay here but it is well worth the journey as the surrounding countryside and the views are beautiful.

Jolie maison au bord d'un las et piscine

Nous avons passé avec nos 2 enfants et nos 2 chiens, un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie villa, très propre et bien équipée avec un grand jardin. Elle se trouve au bord d'un lac où il est possible de faire du canoé et surtout à 2 pas d'une magnifique piscine privée à la résidence. Antonio le propriétaire est très serviable. La jolie ville de Cordoue est à seulement 15 minutes en voiture. Nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre séjour. C'est parfait pour un séjour en famille avec des enfants. Muriel

Pasamos varios días en esta estupenda casa en la Sierra de Cordoba y a solo 10 minutos de la ciudad. La casa súper limpia y ordenada y la cocina moderna y bien equipada. La ubicación es inmejorable, rodeada de bosques y una laguna donde poder pasarla bien. La atención del propietario es de gran profesionalismo y cordialidad. Si se quiere pasar unos días de turismo y tranquilidad , recomiendo ampliamente esta propiedad.

maison avec beaucoup trop de marches et peu d'espaces fonctionnels

89 marches en tout pour accéder à la maison ou se déplacer entre les différents niveaux. Très petit balcon "Est" à côté de la cuisine ne permettant de manger qu'à 4 personnes en étant tassés. Balcon "Ouest" tout en longueur n'offrant pas plus de possibilités, terrasse dans le jardin mais éloignée de la cuisine avec au moins 30 marches pour la rejoindre. Maison ou l'on se sent à l'étroit et enfermé (petites fenêtres) et pas de rez de jardin. Pendant 4 jours le commerce de proximité situé à 2,5 km est resté fermé, obligation d'aller à Cordoue (9 km) par une route très sinueuse.

Huis bij Cordoba.

Het was een groot huis op een park. Nog geen water in het algemene zwembad. Heel veel trappen met verschillende verdiepingen. Onhandig vonde wij dit. Geen communicatie mogelijk met de eigenaar. Sprak geen engels. Supermarkt of bakker was heel lastig om te vinden. En geen aanwjzingen daarvoor. Wij hadden mooi weer maar vonden het huis erg afgelegen.

Unos dias maravillosos,

Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos que nos ha sabido a poco, sin duda volveremos en otra ocasión y con una estancia de mas duración que nos permita disfrutar de todo lo que nos ofrece este lugar. La descripción es muy precisa, las vista del entorno es mucho mejor que lo que se ve en las fotografías, la propiedad estaba muy limpia y hemos sido muy bien atendidos por el propietario que ha estado muy atento en todo. Esta propiedad es muy recomendable, tanto para disfrutar de la naturaleza como para conocer Córdoba.

Estancia muy agradable. La casa estaba impecable, todo muy ordenado y muy buen gusto en la decoración. La zona del chill out con vistas al lago es ideal para las barbacoas nocturnas. Además hay un restaurante muy cerca y muy bueno, también hay cerca un súper q siempre es útil! La casa esta muy cerca de Córdoba, apenas tardamos 15 minutos. Los dueños son encantadores y muy serviciales. Yo la recomiendo sobre todo para familias, parejas y pequeños grupos de amigos. Me ha encantado Córdoba y he disfrutado muchísimo la estancia en esta casa :)
