Waterfront Beach House Belmont Shore with amazing views sleeps 8 family friendly

Waterfront property on the Bay in Belmont Shores with beautiful waterfront views. Beach is right outside the door! Short walk to dining and shopping on 2nd Street. Three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, full kitchen and dining area, Waterfront patio and living room with sleeper sofa. Property sleeps 8. Bikes and paddle boards available for your use. Off street parking.
Master bedroom has King size bed, ceiling fan & A/C and private bath with large shower, walk in closet perfect for Pack-n-Play.
2nd bedroom has Queen size bed, window A/C
3rd bedroom has twin size bunk beds with TV and window A/C
The living room has a queen size Serta Sleeper Sofa
There is a 2nd bathroom with a bathtub with shower head.
The patio is great! Looking out over the bay and has a large table, a couple of rocking chairs, BBQ . The Bay beach is directly across the street, the Ocean beach is a block away with world class kite boarding, sailing, beach volleyball, basketball and a long bike/running path. Shopping and dining is great and is only a block and a half away on 2nd Street. Boating, Black out roller blinds to make sleeper sofa private in the living room. Stand up paddling boarding through the Naples canals right outside the door! I have bikes and two paddleboards for your use.
Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Magic Mountain, Aquarium of the Pacific, shopping and dining on 2nd Street are some favorite activities. We hosted the US Women’s Olympic sailing team during training! We have many guests come back year after year to vacation on the bay in Belmont Shores, Long Beach Permit #NRP22-00865

Fun in the sun

Had a great anniversary and birthday celebration. This property is in a fantastic location and we'll maintained. Only negative is that it needs a new can opeaner(cut myself on the one here and ended up using a knife) . But other than that had a wonderful stay.

Great location!

This little place is carefully thought out - it’s got everything you could think of. We were in the area visiting our son and his family who live here. We would not normally pick Long Beach as a destination otherwise, but we were surprised at the Belmont Shores area with lots of choices for eating, etc. and the bay is lovely. Unit could use some updates, but we were cozy and comfortable and happy here Would stay again when we are back in the area. Owner was very hospitable.

Perfect for my wants

We dont live far away. But this house gives us the feeling of being at a vacation spot. We invite friends and family to visit and they come for an afternoon. Some swim some nap on the porch and some quietly relax. It really works good for us. Second year with reservations for third year.

Bayshore Thanksgiving

Beautiful sunrise greeting each morning. Although it’s a high traffic area, the autos don’t speed, and bikers, runners & walkers are all quite cheerful & friendly. Though we cooked & celebrated Thanksgiving down the street at our children’s home we did enjoy the kitchen, dining & patio area and view for morning coffee as well as evening wine & stargazing. The neighborhood is good at honoring the quiet after 10PM notice, so no disturbance of sleep. Our kids took us on a boat ride to see all the holiday lights… so lovely! All-in-all, a good Thanksgiving & Birthday retreat.

Family trip

Excellent location, good access by car to all LA area activities. Beach access good, the beach on front is a small bay off the ocean. Very walkable access to 2nd St. and all the nice restaurants and small shops there (high recommendations for restaurants Nico's and Roe). The property has three bedrooms, the master bedroom bed is very high and unsuitable for people with any mobility issues - one almost has to climb down from the bed. The property has great potential, but is currently quite worn out and cleanliness was not optimal. The bikes mentioned in the description were not in usable condition, the SUP boards were fine. Easy access to the rental owner and good parking opportunities right outside on the street and also one behind the house.

The only regret I have....

Is not being able to stay longer. This location is located on a dope bay that is more popular than the beach a block away. It has a small playground at the end of the street, basketball hoops , and a water jump park. The house itself is clean and stocked well with tons of towels, hygiene, spices, cookware,bedding and extra pillows. Also had two pack and plays and an air mattress that I noticed.Plus paddle boards and bikes which were so clutch and so much funIf you have a larger truck the parking spot in back is going to be a tough fit. I fit my Crosstrek in fine but a pain to back out but doable. We found on street parking all week with two cars no problem. If I had one tiny critique to give I wish the bathrooms had a shelf or two for my makeup and hair stuff. Although the medicine cabinet was clear for us to use was a pain doing my makeup with no where to set my bag other than the sink. But I mean seriously, that's it so ten out of ten experience.The vibe of the area ,the house, the owner all so cool. Again 10 out of 10 all day longThanks to Kelley to entrusting her property to this Sin City family trying to escape the heat.

Great location.

Was a cute place and recommend to stay if you have a family with younger children especially. It’s great that the street that it’s on is closed during the day so going back and forth to beach and place as needed is super convenient. Walking to 2nd st is nice and many good spots. Sweet Jill’s is always a must for amazing cinnamon rolls and other baked goods.

Location, location, location

The location of this rental is amazing! Just across the street is Alamitos Bay and easy walking to the Pacific Ocean & 2nd street with all its bars and restaurants. It was a little outdated, but it’s across the street from the Bay. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom didn’t work, but its location made up for any small inconvieces. The beds were extremely comfortable and we will defiantly be looking to stay here again.

Best Place Ever

The photos do not do this justice. We loved every minute of our stay. The view is spectacular and the front porch was not just comfortable but exciting. We had to drag ourselves away from it.

Great location, amazing view.

This rental has the best location! Just great views and easy parking. We didn’t cook at all as we went out to eat so can’t comment on kitchen readiness. Beds were clean and comfy but very elevated off the floor - fyi. Plenty of towels which was nice. Great getaway for our group.
