All on a living area of 300 m². You can access the shops and services in the center of La Jonchère-Saint-Maurice (400 m), as well as many activities, on foot or by bicycle, via a beautiful private driveway. (1 km): tennis, fishing, soccer field, pétanque field, playground… Many aquatic leisure activities (swimming, sailing, water-skiing ...) are possible at nearby Lac de Saint Pardoux.
The Estate is located in the heart of Limousin in the Monts d'Ambazac, a superb region where activities are numerous: heritage, hiking, mountain biking, water sports, horse riding, paragliding ...
