Old village house with large terrace in hamlet, Cap Corse

FAMILY HOLIDAY HOUSE with beautiful mountain views and the sea in the distance. Calm, tranquility and absolute change of scenery.
Sea access and shops 5 kms, about 10 minutes by car.

Our house is on 3 levels of approximately 120 m2:
-RDC:
             * living room - dining room and kitchen with direct access to a large terrace of around 100m2 (with barbecue)
             * bathroom with WC
- 1st floor :
              * a large room with 4 single beds
              * one bedroom with double bed
              * bathroom with bath and shower
              * Separate WC
- 2nd Floor :
              * one bedroom with double bed
Beware of young children and / or elderly people, there are stairs inside and outside the house.

This house is a family home that my sister and I love very much because we have spent wonderful family moments there since our early childhood.

The house is located in a hamlet in the village of Rogliano, away from the summer crowds.
Beaches and shops (grocery, mid-size, bakery, souvenirs, pharmacy, doctor) 5 kms.
Bastia 40 kms, about 1 hour drive.
