Housing
Our apartment is located in a residence consisting of 2-storey buildings opening onto a garden. The beach is accessible on foot by a footpath in 2 minutes. All shops are also within walking distance in 10 minutes.
Located on the 1st floor, the apartment has a terrace without opposite, equipped with an awning to dine comfortably outside.
Completely renovated and refurbished in June 2015, it has all the modern comforts to provide a pleasant stay to 5 people: air conditioning throughout the apartment, new bedding of quality, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (with window) with shower and glass wall, separate toilet.
The living room offers a seating area with sofa, and a dining area, all is tastefully furnished but still very functional.
The open kitchen opens onto the terrace facing south.
The first bedroom has a double bed (160) and a very large closet.
The second smaller room hosts a double bed (140) and a single bed in height (90) and a large closet.
In the lobby you will find a laundry area with washing machine.

Access for passengers
Sagone is located 30 minutes drive north of Ajaccio
A car rental service and a bus service is available at Ajaccio airport and the ferry terminal.
No parking problem

To go to the beach, unnecessary vehicle (the beach is 2 minutes walk), but it is essential to visit the area as Cargèse, the Creeks of Piana 30 mts or Porto (classified Unesco World Heritage ) and the beautiful forest Aïtone.
A car rental service and coach service are available at Ajaccio Airport and at the ferry terminal

This property is non smoking. Pets are not allowed.

Final cleaning: 60 euros
Rental pair of sheets: 10 euros

In case the cleaning option has not been taken, the apartment must be returned in the exact condition of cleanliness in which it was found during the initial inventory.
In the case of non-compliance with this clause, the amount for rehabilitation costs will be deducted from the deposit.
