In the private domain of the Pléneuf Val André golf course, recent house, comprising on the ground floor a living room opening onto a terrace and a lawn. The kitchen is fully equipped, the 2 bedrooms upstairs are made up of 1 double bed + 2 single beds. One bedroom has a balcony terrace. All the furniture is modern. The house is pleasant to live in because of its brightness. The area is very quiet with little traffic. The swimming pool is open on July and August. The beach is accessible on foot via a hiking path.
The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, TV, DVD player, 1 garden furniture for 6 people, barbecue. Private parking and storeroom for bikes also included.
Activities in the Val André and its surroundings: Fine sandy beaches, SPA, Thalasso, cinema, casino, Golf, Tennis, tree climbing, hiking, markets.
The town of Erquy, Cap Fréhel and Fort Lalatte are a few minutes by car. Saint Malo and the pink granite coast are about an hour away by car.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind 11 Jahre, haben uns in diesem schönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet.Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Anlage ist gepflegt und ruhig. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und beheizt.Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.

Schönes Mittelreihenhaus, toller Pool, gepflegte Anlage

Die Wohnung (mittelreihenhaus) ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet, die Sitzecke jedoch nur für 3 Personen geeignet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool sehr sauber. Die Betreuung durch die Eigentümerin ist hervorragend. Vielen Dank

Gelungener Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt in Pléneuf-Val-André war für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern rundum gelungen. Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Es war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und problemlos!

STUNNING PROPERTY AND LOCATION

Hello Mr Perrin, thank you for your emails and your prompt return of the deposit! Sorry for the late reply I have been so busy catching up with work. Your property was of fantastic quality, you and your wife have exceptional taste. As I put in the note it was the cleanist house I have ever stayed in. The location was stunning and we loved Plenuef Val Andre. The pool was also immaculate and not too busy. The beach was a pleasant 15 min walk. I would not hesitate to recommend your property to friends and family!! You were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. You have asked me how to improve on future visits, the only one comment I would like to note is that the advert says 'linen provided' and 'towels provided'. You very kindly provided the bedding as we discussed over email. It may be worth getting the advert to reflect the extra charge for these or a recommendation from a customer point of view is add another some euros to the rent and provide the linen and towels. Please note though, regarding my comment above this did not spoil our stay in any way, just small technicalities. Thank you again and I wish you well in the future and hope we may meet again. Tolles Ferienhaus - super freundlicher Vermieter

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was eine Familie mit 2 Kindern benötigt. Herr Perrin ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat uns toll empfangen. Der Gemeinschaftspool schließt direkt an den Garten an und ist super gesichert, so dass kleine Kinder nicht einfach hineinlaufen können. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Strände und schöne Ausflugsziele. Ein tolle und erholsamer Urlaub für die ganze Familie.

Nous avons passé un séjour très sympa dans cette magnifique maison bien située. Le domaine était clame et sécurisé pour nos enfants. La maison est très propre, avec un équipement neuf et moderne. Le propriétaire est très gentil et à l'écoute de nos besoin. Nous souhaitons vivement y retourner cet été. Flora N
