Right in the heart of Atlanta, this 15th story apartment is a wonderful getaway for couples or small groups of friend. Please note: there is one King size bed and one queen size bed and one sofa convertible to bed. . This is a quiet building with 24 hour security and front desk sign-in.Check in information will be sent within 12 hours of arrival. One assigned parking space with the unit.

Walking distance to the GWCC, Phillips Arena, Georgia Dome, America s MART, CNN Center, World of Coke and the Aquarium.
THE BASICS:

This condo has some of the best mobility in the city: the MARTA station just two blocks down the street and provides quick access to the rest of the city and the airport. From the door of the apartment, it takes 30 minutes to make it to the Atlanta Airport via MARTA.

-- One bedroom with one queen size bed and the closet for comfortable living/sleeping space for 2. All linens are included in the closet spaces.
-- Fully functional bathroom and newly-upgraded kitchen.

Decent

Overall I would stay here again it was close to everything , rooms were clean & comfortable host communicated when needed. Only complaint was construction was being done at the time of my stay white dust was everywhere & it was bad smell.

Everything was great

Spent the weekend here with some friends. Everything was above and beyond what we were expecting. Great communication with the host. The location was close enough to everything we wanted to to do but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The black out curtains do a great job of blocking the light and heat from the sun. I would stay here again when I come back to Atlanta.

Great Stay w/a lil issue

Overall it was a great stay. Location was great and close to everything. Home was very neat and clean. The bad- the previous guest took the key fobs so we could not get in the building unless the concierge was there. And Saturday there was no concierge so we basically waited on other residents to come so we could get in. The Host attempted to help but I was not going anywhere to get keys. I felt she should’ve fought them to me as the renter. Also the building is really old and it smells like it. Parking is risky as well. Several cars were broken in to on Saturday so the police was in the lot like a crime scene.

Perfect point for a Downtown Atlanta trip

Our 2 sons were attending the SkillsUSA competition in downtown ATL and we needed a good starting point for the trip. This property was perfect! We were a 20 minute walk from everything we needed - their hotel, GWCC for the competition, State Farm Arena. We also extended a few days after the competition for some vacation time, and again, the property was in perfect distance to walk to Olympic Park, Sky View Atlanta, World of Coca-Cola, and Georgia Aquarium (10 minute drive to Zoo Atlanta). The actual unit was (again) perfect! Super clean - very bright - open entry area - and good sized bedroom spaces. The kitchen and washing machine/dryer were a HUGE benefit to us - washer/dryer were incredibly efficient, and the kitchen had just about every appliance and tool needed to allow me to make breakfast and a few dinners for the family (a bonus after the kids were craving non-restaurant food!) And for the first time in a long while, there were more than enough towels for all 4 of us (super fluffy as well!) Check in and check out were easy - owner was especially accommodating when out plans brought us to town earlier than expected. Owner was also very responsive to my messages, especially at the beginning of the visit when I had questions about the unit. Some of the complaints I noticed from other visitors are just par for the course when you stay in a city near the highway. Yes, there is road noise - but the convenience of the location means that's just something to deal with. We used the TV as a sound machine and it was fine. It's easy on, easy off the highway - there's a Publix and Walgreens less than a mile up the road. There's a guaranteed parking spot with security on the property. You'll probably encounter some of the typical characters one would find in a city as you travel around - but I never once felt unsafe. Highly recommend this property

Microwave inoperable. Wall clock needs battery. 2nd room receives too much sun room too warm.

Host was very attentive except in improving the temperature of 2nd room. Central air, ceiling fan and floor ac unit not enough to make room comfortable. Need blackout curtains. May have heat issue in winter? No dresser in 2nd room. Unit very clean. Building elevators require patience. Parking space was occupied by another vehicle, parked in visitors space. Unit is very acceptable. Nothing is 100. 85 out of 100.
