El Departamento en arriendo tiene una excelente ubicación, en Av. Pacífico, esto es en segunda línea respecto de la Av. del Mar, en la ciudad de La Serena, a pasos de la playa, de restaurantes, ferias artesanales y de entretención, cerca del Casino , entre otros puntos de interés. Es de fácil acceso y está cerca muy de las vías de evacuación autorizadas en caso de emergencias.

Es un departamento de 3 habitaciones, la principal (matrimonial, con cama 2 plazas) con baño privado, la segunda habitación doble (con dos camas de 1 plaza) y una habitación single (con cama de 1 plaza).
Dos baños: Uno en la habitación principal (en suite) y un segundo baño.
Living - comedor,
Cocina equipada
Balcón con vista lateral al mar.

El Departamento está equipado para 6 personas, con un sofá cama (que está en el living).

Tiene 1 estacionamiento, y se ubica en el piso 7.

Dispone de wifi de prepago (es decir...hay una cierta cantidad, pero si se usa más...el propio arrendatario la puede recargar), TV Cable y 2 Televisores (Smart TV: uno en el living y otro en la habitación principal).

Está en Av. Pacífico, Condominio Terrazas del Sol II, con acceso controlado.

En los espacios comunes, hay piscina al aire libre (habilitada en verano: desde el mes de diciembre hasta 15 de marzo de cada año, en horario de 10:00 A.M a 20:00 P.M.. No se puede usar los días de mantención (lunes y jueves)) y juegos infantiles. También hay lavandería (con costo directo al usuario de ese servicio, son máquinas que funcionan pagando con monedas).

Great Apartment near the beach

Nice, clean apartment near the La Serena beach. Great ocean view from balcony. Owner met us upon arrival to give us the keys and information about the building. All 3 bedrooms were nice, great kitchen, and wifi provided. Highly recommended.

Best vrbo hosts ever!

Lovely apartment with fantastic amenities, everything we needed and more. Great value for relative luxury. And though the beach location was quite a ways out from the downtown, it turned out to be affordable with the off is to take an under Uber to both downtime own La Serena and Coquimbo. Normally we would rough it a lot more, but it was a treat at the end of our two week adventure in Chile to stay here. Our hosts were out of this world especially because we didn't speak the same language! Their daughter assisted with translations, and they made us feel totally welcome and spoiled us rotten during our three day stay. We'll be back!
