About this property

A green setting in a village 20 minutes from the beaches

Our house, recently rented, will delight you with its ideal location.
Nestled in the heart of a secular village, but close to the various beaches of Sagone, you can also, after furrowing along some trails, refresh yourself with the river water (showers and natural pools) ... unless that you do not prefer to relax in the shade of laurels and hazelnuts of the garden ....
You will be welcome to enjoy with family and / or friends comfort and exceptional location of our house.


6 bedrooms in family home, spacious with stunning views of the mountains

Recent construction, all comfort, the house has 6 bedrooms for 12 people, very large living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garden with barbecues, pizza oven, which will allow good moments of conviviality.

The village of Létia, small village of assembly, in the middle of the natural park of Corsica, will allow you to taste the joys of the authenticity, the peace and the discovery of the nature.

Ideally located between sea and mountain you can visit contrasting and varied landscapes.

Indeed, the beaches of Sagone, various and varied (creeks, sandy beaches ...) (18 km), the Greek city of Cargese and the Gulf of Porto (listed at unesco) will make you discover beautiful landscapes .

From Sagone and Cargèse many boat trips for visits to the Calanches de PIANA and the SCANDOLA Reserve.

From the house, marked walks will take you to different points of the river where you can enjoy the pleasures of the natural pools

The mountain (creno lake, lake Nino, forest of aitone, nearby) offers hikers the opportunity to discover the mythical GR20. Around the village, many restaurants with regional specialties and musical entertainment.

Concernant l'accès, il s'agit d'une maison située dans un village corse. On ne peut pas s'attendre à un accès identique à celui qu'aurait une maison située sur le littoral. De plus, il y a 2 accès. Un accès ( pentu, il est vrai) en voiture jusqu'à la maison. Et un autre accès qui mène du centre du village à la maison via un petit escalier installé à cet effet. Il n'est pas spécifié dans l'annonce que nous disposons du WiFi. Nous avons cependant la chance pour un village de montagne de bien capter la 5G. Pour l'eau, l'eau chaude est effectivement bien chaude. Nous allons tenter de réguler cela. Il est cependant aisé de trouver la température qui convient à chacun, en utilisant le mitigeur comme il est usuel de la faire

Letia un village à découvrir

Pour les amoureux de la Corse sauvage, ce lieu est Idéal pour se ressourcer. Petit village situé à 25 mn de Sagone. Vue imprenable sur les montagnes environnantes, calme et charme. Idéal pour groupe d’amis. Maison très agréable, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Propriétaire très sympathique. A découvrir absolument.

Authenticité Corse et vue magnifique sur la montagne

Une hôte disponible par SMS que nous aurions eu plaisir à rencontrer. Une grande maison spatieuse (nous étions 6 adultes et 5 enfants). De très belles plages et des randonnées juste magnifiques.

Super maison de vacances

Vue magnifique sur verdure et montagnes, petit jardin coquet avec balançoires pour les enfants, ciel étoilé la nuit... La maison est très grande, très agréable, avec un grand salon, une grande cuisine; la maison reste fraiche en plein été, et est très bien équipée pour un séjour en famille ou/et entre amis (lave linge, lave vaisselle, chaise haute, ...). Bref nous on reviendra volontiers! :)

Maison très grande et agréable -vue magnifique sur les montagnes corses et la vallée de GUAGNO . Propriétaire arrangeant et très sympathique . Four à pizza appréciable pour une bonne soirée en famille . Rivière à proximité , calme garanti . Authentique village corse perché à flanc de colline ! Cependant , quelques difficultés pour circuler et stationner . A découvrir absolument !!

Séjour très agréable au calme dans un petit village de montagne au cadre magnifique, vue à couper le souffle, ambiance, repos et tranquillité avec un très beau jardin. La maison est encore mieux que sur le descriptif du site, grande, lumineuse et très bien équipée. Balade dans la montagne, rivière et plage à proximité.
