2 bedroom 2 bath siesta key beach condo located on the 3rd floor with beautiful view of the gulf and world famous crescent beach. Two queen beds in first bedroom and one king bed in master bedroom each with their own full bath. All beds are adjustable. Updated kitchen and baths. Relax on the screened in lanai and watch the sunset. Gated community with heated pool, clubhouse and fitness center. Just steps to the beach. One mile walk (or take the free trolley ride) to Siesta Key village for great food, drink and entertainment.

PERFECT LOCATION

The location of this condo was amazing, it is right across the street from the main beach access. No need to drive to the beach. The property itself is very well taken care of. Everything is clean and safe. The condo itself was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! The location of the lanai was the best part! The lanai has sliding glass doors and outside of the sliding glass doors it has secure screens attached both above and below the railings. This makes it extremely safe for children. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great View!

We enjoyed our stay at Crescent Royale. The condo was well-equipped and very clean. The location was perfect - - right across the street from the beach. The view was beautiful! Though we never had occasion to use the pool, it was nice to have it there just in case. We would stay at this condo again should we consider returning to Siesta Key!

Fall getaway

This was my first time using VRBO & had an excellent experience. Really like the condo we rented, it was a great location because we wanted beach time & it was so close. Beautiful sunsets & close to the village, plus the free trolley was great. Thinking about coming back next year around this time. Really enjoyed it.
