Great location, close to beach

Overall, had a great stay with my family and the property is super close to the siesta key beach. Easy check in and check out process and had good communication with property manager and Etta. One downside is that I found multiple hair underneath the bed cover on all of the beds, and I wish the unit was cleaner.

We really enjoyed our vacation!! A beautiful condo with a stunning view!! The entire property is well maintained. The pool and surrounding area is very nice. We wish the laundry was in the condo. Will definitely return!!

Excellent location!

This beautifully decorated condo was within perfect walking distance to the beach. We also enjoyed the easy accessibility to the village with the trolley stop being right in front of the complex. Etta also reached out to us before our arrival to see if we had any questions or if we wanted any recommendations for restaurants which was greatly appreciated!

Awesome condo, great location

Had an amazing vacation and loved this condo. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and was so responsive to our questions. Beach is immediately across the street and it’s an easy 15 minute walk to the village. If you’re not up for the walk there are multiple ‘free’ shuttle services that work on tips. Highly recommended!

Bruce and I grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. We moved to Florida 13 years ago and love it! We stay active with long walks, biking, tennis lessons, and playing with our grandchilden (favorite activity)

Why they chose this property

We wanted to buy a condo in Siesta Key which has the #1 beaches in the USA. We made it a priority to find a condo with a beautiful view. This one has it!

What makes this property unique

Our condo is directly across the road from the beach. The large lanai is the perfect place to have morning coffee or breakfast and enjoy the evening cocktails. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, stroller and a beach cart to haul everything to the beach.
We are an easy walk to town but if you would rather ride, a free trolley and golf carts stop at our condo to take you where you want to go.
