Room was very clean and the host was responsive to any questions. The listing was a bit misleading. This is a single room with a shared bathroom. The listing should tell you that you will have to share a bathroom with other tenants. I thought I purchased a 1 bedroom loft or apartment, not a single room inside a house of random people.

Perfectly cozy and well-priced retreat

My beau and our dogs loved our stay in Little Haiti. Ok, this place isn't perfect, yet it was clean, comfortable, cozy, quiet, safe and had great amenities. Size of a hotel room and nice outside patio. Our host Richard was very caring and checked in on us when needed and even gave me some plant clippings. Close to downtown, Little Havana and not far from South Beach. We would recommend and stay again. Thank you!!

Don't expect too much....or anything

The off street secure parking was not available to me, the AC didn't work and the property manager was more concerned about keeping the owner happy than taking care of guests. I stayed one night then made other arrangements and was told that they would not refund my cancelation fee even though the property was subpar.

Perfect little spot

The owner was nice and the little house was perfect for me since I was traveling alone. It’s a cheap Uber to anywhere in wynwood from the house.

What you will get on this property is a breeze of quietness and relaxation from Miami while in the middle of the Miami. I can be reached at anytime. I do have more than one building in the yard, therefore there maybe other guests accessing the gate and the backyard. Please understand this is not a luxury house, but clean and well decorated to accommodate your stay.
