Round house is awesome

This property is a unique and impressive find. Comfortable and updated with modern amenities. Even the coffee was better than expected. We can't wait to go back and enjoy this beautiful spot. Don't miss the stargazing either

Fantastic getaway with a view

My family and I spent a week at the Roundhouse in August and loved it. This is a place for nature lovers but is definitely not roughing it. The house is spacious, well-maintained and attractive, with all the comforts of home. But the best part is the views - whether it’s the hummingbirds at the feeder, the deer in the meadow or the fog on the hills at sunrise. We can’t wait to go back and see it in another season.

Beautiful views

This was our second visit to the Round house and both years we so enjoyed the very comfortable and well equipped house as well as the beautiful area. Within 5 minutes is Bearpen MTN Sports where there is a variety of winter activities and just 20 miles away is Windham Ski resort. Highly recommend this property!

The perfect Catskills get-away in any weather

In January, we spent a wonderful weekend at the roundhouse with a few friends. Our favorite part were the amazing views across the Catskills, from the sofa with a cup of tea in hand and the fireplace going. The whole house (upstairs and downstairs) and grounds are absolutely amazing and we would love to come back in a warmer season to enjoy the garden. The kitchen-living space is really nice, because everyone can be together (in the kitchen, at the dining table or on the sofa) without stepping on each others’ toes. And if you do want to spread out, there is the downstairs den (which is super stylish as well). As you can see in the pictures, all the rooms are beautifully designed, modern and cozy, and the house is always filled with light no matter whether its sunny or grey. The kitchen is extremely well equipped (we baked and cooked); there are spices, herbs and cooking oil, just make sure to bring your own flour, sugar, olive oil and such. Michael was great to interact with, super quick to react and giving us excellent advice. The welcome basket was a very sweet touch! Our only hope is that this house stays a little bit of a secret so that we can come back!

Great view with everything you need!

We had a wonderful time at this well-equipped "roundhouse". It is a unique space on a very quiet road, with a fantastic view and wonderful amenities. We didn't have time to enjoy them all!

Lovely views, very clean, nice decor!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. We've rented many homes in the Catksills and this was one of the best. Clean, comfortable, and astounding views with space for the kids to run around. The new deck and sauna are awesome. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful woodland cabin

We had a magical few snowy days at this gorgeous property surrounded by peaceful woodland and with stunning views. The place was beautifully furnished, well kept and clean, and had all the amenities you can imagine. The little town of Prattsville was very charming, with a local diner and general store for groceries, and the hosts (super friendly and easy to contact) provided lots of thorough info (eats/drinks/activities) on the local area to help us make the most of our stay in the Catskills. Cant recommend enough. Already considering a return trip :)
