Attractive chalet on the heights of Xonrupt-longemer with a superb 360 ° view on the hillsides of Gérardmer and the surrounding mountains.

Winter and summer, the chalet offers a privileged place for mountain vacations.
Ideally located, with a clear and breathtaking view of the mountains, it is placed in a quiet residential area.
6 km from the Bresse and Gérardmer ski areas.
Near the center of the village of Xonrupt, from the mountain bike trails and hiking trails you can do everything on foot: walk to Longemer lake, morning croissant .... The south-facing terrace offers a sunny relaxation area in summer and winter.

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au chalet. L'emplacement est idéal et les extérieurs sont top.Il serait bien dans la salle de bain avec baignoire de mettre à minima un rideau de douche. Le frigo n'était pas bien nettoyé à notre arrivé.

Vacances d’hiver en famille

Très bon séjour très beau chalet avec tout le nécessaire ou y passer de bonne vacances très spacieux et très bien placé. Juste un soucis au niveau de la propreté du chalet surtout au niveau des couettes tachées et le sol de la cuisine salon avec des taches. Échangé de couette faite rapidement .

eigentlich ok

Die Hütte war in Ordnung, es gab nur Details die mir nicht gefallen haben z.B. der versuch versteckte Gebühren zu berechnen (Spätanreise, Strom, Reinigung), kein Holz für den Kamin, kaputter Mülleimer.Gut war das große und offene Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Essbereich und Kamin, alles in einem Raum. Das Sofa und die Betten waren bequem.

Vacances de la Toussaint

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans ce chalet très bien situé et tout confort. Rien à redire sur la propreté et l'organisation de l'arrivée et du départ. Même pendant le séjour, Florent est disponible pour nos questions. Nous avons fait des balades toutes à proximité.

Gute Lage

Das Chalet hat eine ruhige Lage, die perfekt für Ausflüge in der Gegend ist. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend und die Zimmeraufteilung gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist etwas schwierig wenn man kein Französisch spricht. Dadurch kam es auch zu einem Mißverständnis bezüglich der Abreise und der Bezahlung von Bettwäsche und Strom, die bar vor Ort erfolgen sollte.

Très agréable ville et chalet très fonctionnel

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, comme prévu, sans mauvaise surprise. Le chalet est très équipé, notamment dans la cuisine. L'arrivée et le départ se sont déroulés sans encombre.

Kurtaxe und Strom zweimal abkassiert

Das Haus ist schön gelegen, die Ausstattung verbesserungsbedürftig aber insgesamt völlig okay. In der oberen Etage waren Wohnesszimmer, Küche, Bad, Toilette, zwei Schlafzimmer und die Terrasse, wo man es sich ganz schön machen konnte. Unten jedoch, wo zwei weitere Schlafzimmer waren, hat es ganz schön modrig-chemisch gerochen, da konnte man sich kaum aufhalten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer gestaltete sich schwierig, da dieser ausschließlich französisch sprach. Bei Abreise wurden Kurtaxe und der errechnete Stromverbrauch, bei uns insgesamt nochmal 50 Euro abkassiert. Da wir es eilig hatten und eine Diskusion darüber aufgrund der Sprachbarriere unmöglich war, sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass dies schon richtig so sei und haben bezahlt. Zuhause und nach Rücksprache mit Fewo-direkt war dann aber klar das beides nicht hätte bezahlt werden müssen. Zur Klärung der Angelegenheit konnte uns Fewo-direkt, da wir keinen Beleg hatten, auch nicht weiterhelfen.

rapport qualité-prix conforme

4 vraies chambres, 2 salles de bain.Dans l' ensemble très positif.Escaliers assez difficiles à emprunter surtout avec un bébé dans les bras.En gérant les radiateurs électriques les charges n'étaient pas trop élevées. Le propriétaire et la dame de contact sur place sont très réactifs.

chouette endroit calme et confortable

nous étions 8 adultes un bébé pour y passer la semaine de passage à l'an 2019.. Tout le séjour fut agréable malgré une météo capricieuse qui ne nous a pas empêché de faire de belles promenades et de jolies visites (villes, musées, ...) Le logement est confortable, bien équipé. La personne s'occupant de la gérance est sympa et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons cette location

Séjour très agréable et chalet confortable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce chalet. Le cadre est magnifique, l'endroit très calme, parfait pour se reposer. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse pour déjeuner tous les matins au soleil. Le confort du chalet correspondait très bien à nos attentes: rustique mais propre et fonctionnel.
