The main house has an entrance hall, a large kitchen with a snack and all equipment (fan oven, induction hob, microwave oven, two refrigerators freezers, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, robot provided, dishwasher ...) a dining room with a table for 12 people, a living room with sofa and club chairs and a desk (TV, DVD, games, books ...).
Two staircases (one from the entrance, the second from the living room) serving the first floor in two different halls where you'll find the Admiral's room in a great spirit century (bed 140 x 190), a room in an Agatha Christie Art Deco style (160 x 200) and a dormitory for 4 sailors (4 beds 90 x 190), and the bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub.
On the second floor - a very large room in a more contemporary spirit (cot possible without surcharge).
Outside several terraces with teak garden furniture (table, chairs armchairs) or Parisian terrace.
A bar is possible in a former dovecote overlooking the pool.
Two pool access: from the main house or from the courtyard of the second house (not for rent for now). At the pool 4 teak chairs with mattresses, umbrellas ... the pool does not have either overlooked, naturism is, therefore, possible. The pool is closed by a fixed barrier and two access doors.
Lighting of the terraces, the pool for night is expected.
A laundry with washing machine and dryer, also equipped with a shower and a toilet is available in an annex.

linens (sheets, duvet covers, towels, tea towel) can to 70 € to 120 € depending on the number of people.

Cleaning is mandatory output amounting to € 150.

NOTA BENE:
You will be the only tenants of the property, not other families - that you and your friends. The second house can be rented by you.
The Small pets are accepted, you will, however, pick up droppings before departure.
