Breathtaking view of the lake!

Apartment classified *** facing Lake Tignes, panoramic view, very bright, completely redone in 2017, 43m2, in a popular residence (Immeuble La Combe Folle) in the center of Tignes Lake 2100, ski-in and ski-out . The Chardonnet ski lift is in front of the building.
The advantages of the apartment are its modern decor and cocooning, and its balcony with the most beautiful view of Tignes on the lake.
The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, combined oven with fan and microwave function, Nespresso machine, fridge, raclette set, dishwasher. The bedding is new and of quality. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, a bathtub and a sink. The wc is separate. Ski locker on the ground floor.

The 10m2 south-facing balcony will delight you with its view and the possibility of having lunch there. Internet and wifi provided, Harman Kardon bluetooth wireless speaker for music lovers. Flat screen TV. The main bedroom is made up of a 140 bed, fitted with a 220/240 duvet and 4 pillows. The mattress is quality and new. The cabin area is composed of 3 bunk beds with 90/200 quality and new mattresses. 3 quilts of 140/200, pillows and 3 reading lights with dimmer, electrical outlet at each headboard. Sheets are provided.
All shops are nearby, ESF, swimming pool, ski lift boxes, gym. The concierge service will offer you towel rental services, at your convenience, as well as the end of stay cleaning option.
It is prudent to reserve a parking space, the Lac 3 car park is the closest on the Tignes Le Lac site. In summer, from May to November, parking lots are free.
We have selected the Locatignes concierge to provide you with the best level of reception service. Christophe can also offer you an optional rental of bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning at € 80.
The building with concierge is very quiet as it is away from night-time nuisances and bars. The Carrefour Montagne supermarket is 150m away. For lovers of relaxation after skiing, the Lagon with its leisure pool (2 slides) and its superb SPA welcomes you until 9 p.m. in Tignes Le Lac.
A free shuttle service serves all areas of Tignes.
The apartment is rented from Saturday to Saturday, except last minute availability.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.

Perfect in every way for what we needed

The communication was brilliant, thanks Bruno and Chris, the apartment was spotless and the view was amazing over the lake. Location was perfect, we skied in Tignes every day and just had a small two minute walk to the lifts.

Tres bon séjour !

L'appartement a une vue incroyable ( bien mieux sur les photos) et c'est ce que nous cherchions pour le dépaysement. Il est aussi très bien équipé ce qui apporte beaucoup de confort : il ne manque que le freezer pour les glacons. L'emplacement est super, proche de tout.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Tignes. Kommuniktation mit dem Vermieter und Verwalter bestens. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe, ist schön eingerichtet und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick. Das Kinderzimmer ist für Teenager zu klein. Durch das Dreier Stockbett kaum Kopffreiheit und durch die Enge des Raums schwierig ins Bett zu kommen. Die Matrazen in allen Betten waren in Ordnung aber auch in die Jahre gekommen. Gerne wieder wenn wir zu Zweit reisen.

Agréable appartement

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cet appartement. Tout d'abord le lieu est exceptionnel avec une vue parfaite sur le lac et les montagnes. Dans l'ensemble l'appartement est bien conçu et bien équipé. C'est très agréable d'avoir le wifi, une télé avec chromecast, un lave vaisselle ou une bonne enceinte Bluetooth. Mais on apprécie également la décoration globale, la literie ou les rangements. Quelques points perfectibles : l'éclairage pourrait être un peu plus clair, une vrai planche à découper ne serait pas de trop ou le canapé a probablement fait son temps. Rien de bien grave donc.

Just the perfect ski holiday

From the apartment with everything you would need to the amazing views we couldn't have wished for more. Close to all amenities. The apartment was spacious, accommodated 2 adults and 2 children very comfortably. We will definitely be visiting again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique appartement refait avec goût. Il convient parfaitement à une famille avec enfant. Tout est prévu. La résidence est calme et sécurisée. Il y a également un accès direct à la galerie commerciale , qui est très pratique. Le propriétaire est disponible en cas de besoin. La vue est magnifique de jour comme de nuit !!

Un appartement tout confort, une vue à vous couper le souffle et une grande variétés d'activités sur la station et un hôte fort agréable.... Nous avons été ravis de découvrir un appartement aménagé et équipé pour garantir un maximum de confort de ses occupants et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. En plus d'être un appartement, chaleureux et moderne, dans une résidence très calme, skis aux pieds, la location offre une vue époustouflante sur le lac et les montagnes.... un vrai régal!!! Notre hôte, Bruno, s'est montré très disponible pour toutes nos demandes, bienveillant et d'une grande gentillesse. La station de Tignes nous a permis de pratiquer de nombreuses activités. Mes enfants et moi avons passé un excellent séjour.
