This 2 bedroom/1600 ft. home is perfect for families or couples who are looking for a well equipped and clean rental property in Downtown Charleston. This home has a kitchen that is fully stocked, 2 separate common rooms, a playroom, 2 off street parking spots, a large timber frame covered porch, and a fenced in back yard. The layout of the house is perfect for families. We are close to breweries, restaurants and some of Charleston's finest dining. The space is comprised of 2 cozy bedrooms each with queen beds, 2 full clean and well-lit bathrooms, 2 separate colorful and functional living rooms equipped with large flat screen TVs and ample seating in each space. A playroom that's great for kids and families comprised of bunk beds, a pack n’ play crib, children’s books & games, and a small TV. A modern fully stocked kitchen that is perfect for any amateur chef that is looking to prepare a delicious meal. A fenced in yard that features a beautiful timber-framed covered porch that offers numerous outdoor seating options, a grill for a low-country BBQ, outdoor lighting, and ceiling fans for those warm summer nights. A driveway with two off-street parking spots, as well as plenty of additional street parking. An additional deck in the front of the house with a small table, perfect for a morning coffee.

Everything You Need and Perfectly Situated

We loved staying here! The location made it convenient to walk to area restaurants, as well as the beautiful and relaxing Hampton Park. Everything we needed was provided and easy to find. We'll definitely stay here again!

Welcoming Home!

This was a great place to stay! The home was well-appointed and very comfortable. It was so convenient to be nestled in a neighborhood close to downtown. Our communication with the property owner was excellent from the time we inquired about the home until the day after we left. Questions were answered very quickly and we were shown southern hospitality in spades! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location/Thoughtful host

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and yet just a quick drive to everything we wanted to visit. The host's website was informative and thorough. The host was also quick to respond to the one or two questions we had. It was a great place to spend the evening after a full day of exploring.
