Not so hot

Lackluster for sure. In need of dusting. Master bed/bath rm was ok, but there was dog hair all over the second bedroom beds. Forgot my slippers so I had dog hair on my stocking feet all week because dog hair was on the carpeting too. Bring your own spices if you want to prepare food - not even salt & pepper Oh yeah, and if you need more than 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, you provide. Bringing your own tissues might help reduce your TP use.. location is across street from clubhouse - that is handy.

Great overall but lots of room for improvement

We had a great time but there were things that would have made the experience better. Here is our honest feedback: Pros The house was very clean and conveniently located within a 5 min walk to the free shuttle that took you to Winter Park resort. It was also a short walk to the club house, pool, and hot tub. The amenities here were great. The condo had a great balcony with amazing mountain views and a great fireplace. The condo was spacious and the perfect size for a group of 4 adults. It was also in a great location within town- there was a Safeway and several restaurants, bars, and shops within a few minutes drive. The free parking for our rental was great. Cons: The key lockbox did not work when we got there and we had to stay out in the cold while we got the situation resolved with a phone rep. The kitchen was poorly equipped for out of state guests. Usually rental homes provide basics like complimentary coffee, sugar, and basic spices like garlic powder, paprika, etc. I understand buying 99% of food and drinks but it’s nice when rentals provide the absolute basics. We also only got one roll of toilet paper. The beds were uncomfortable. You could feel the bed springs pretty badly. Also, the 10am checkout time was too early.

Great stay for the price

Was clean when we arrived. Plenty of space, and good amenities in the complex. The area is very nice and provided good value for college students looking to go ski. Would stay here again.

Great location!

Great location for winter fun and clubhouse offered hot tub for after ski relaxation. Condo was nice size for 5 adults but is in need of some amenity updates.
