We loved being in Winter Park. Enjoyed the beautiful scenery and cooler temps!! Hiking around Monarch Lake was great as was biking on the Fraser River trail.

Comfortable little condo close to Trestle

Nice little condo that comfortably slept 7 of us during our trip to Trestle bike park. Nice and close to the local grocery and only a short drive to downtown Fraser and the bike park.

Owner was very helpful. Location was great. Rec center was lots of fun. Bus stop to Winter Park is very close to the townhouse. Cons: Parking lot could benefit from paving to avoid mud season. There are few EV chargers in Grand County.

Great location for skiing

A little hard to find, but having the winter park bus right out front made it super easy for our ski trip (Basically ski in/out). I dropped a GPS pin and everyone made it. Parking wasn't as much a concern as we expected and there's a free garage in Winter Park if you need it. The front door is on the backside of the building, but this wasn't an issue for us.

Family vacation

We had a great stay at this property. Our family of 10 stayed for the week (ages 15-51). Check in was easy, check out was easy, we had everything we needed. The only thing that would've made it better may have been a few more drawers or spaces for clothes but that was literally because of the amount of people and teenage girls we had with us. Pull out mattress left a bit to be desired but that's pretty standard so not a big deal. Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful Home Away From Home

This property is located perfectly for both skiing in Winter Park and tubing in Fraser. There are many activities within a short drive, a grocery store just down the hill, restaurants galore and shopping. The Fraser tubing hill is a 5 minute drive and our kids had the time of our lives there. We used the hot tub and pool at this property which is just around the corner. I do suggest driving as walking could be cold. The pool is awesome and heated to 85 degrees and the hot tubs are kid friendly until 4pm. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, could easily sleep 8 people (probably more if needed) and was very quiet. The fireplace offered us an evening of playing board games with our kids (which are located in the tv cabinet) and a cozy place to drink hot coco. The TV is a smart tv with literally everything you could ever want attached to it. You and your kiddos will not struggle to find something to watch. The beds are soft and comfy, the bathrooms are well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and towels. The owners of this property were a pleasure to work with and even reached out to us via phone before we arrived. I really can't say anything negative about this property and we will for sure revisit. We absolutely recommend this cute little condo!

The owner is very responsive and organized. We can access the condo complex's clubhouse (within walking distance & no extra cost) that offers a full gym, squash court, volleyball court, and pools. The laundry room is clean offers many washer/dryer units (credit card operated); laundry room is located in club house. The shuttle to Winter Park is located on the street right outside the condo. Kitchen is well equipped. A Safeway supermarket is located within 5 mins drive from Condo. Unit is a bit tight for 10 people but manageable. Parking is a breeze. Use Google Maps instead of Waze to get to this location accurately.
