Cozy 1-Bedroom Piedmont Suite in Saugatuck – Perfect for Romantic Getaways!

Located on our main floor, this contemporary room features a king size bed, gas fireplace, flat screen television, large bathroom with luxury shower including rainfall shower head as well as a Jacuzzi bathtub. This room also features a private outside patio space with bistro table & chairs. This first floor room offers daily housekeeping as well as complimentary sample Aveda toiletries, in-room coffee, tea, bottled water, breakfast muffins & biscotti and private parking. The suites at Bella Vita are all non-smoking and do not permit children under the age of 16 or pets. Thank you for your cooperation.

Our stay at this property was the most wonderful experience with no attention to detail missed. Parking was included which was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable, room spacious, and the location was perfect. Kevin was a fabulous host even offering to help us with dinner reservations. I would definitely recommend this lodging to anyone.

Awesome place to stay in Saugatuck! Really clean and had a nice feel to it. The parking spot was super handy because it’s so hard to find parking sometimes. Great place to stay we will be coming back!

This suite was right downtown, close to everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. A private parking spot is reserved for each suite in the building which is great when it’s so busy downtown. The suite itself was clean and luxurious. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Amazing location for experiencing the downtown Saugatuck area. Everything is a short walk away. Convenient parking with doors that open to a cute little alley make for quick loading and unloading. The room was very clean and quiet. An exceptional find for the Saugatuck area!

For the 2 of us the Piedmont, Suite 6 was of adequate size. One negative is that the TV should be hanging on the end wall opposite the end of the bed instead of on the sidewall. I, unfortunately, cracked my head on the TV twice putting a small gash on the side of my head. We liked chatting with Kevin because he was a frequent visitor to our outside area when we had morning coffee or a midafternoon glass of wine. He was a very gracious host. If there was one issue, it was the parking area, which was in an alleyway with very little space to maneuver vehicles. All in all I would rate the place as and 8.7 out of 10. I would stay there again.

Location couldn’t be beat! Right in the heart of downtown and easily within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Cozy room and loved the fireplace!

Amazing Location

This place suited our needs perfectly! I think the nightly rate is extremely fair, and the location is literally perfect. It was clean and very comfortable. We did hear a little bit of vehicle noise in the morning since there's a parking lot right in the back, but overall, the stay was 5/5.

Overnight trip

Had a wonderful time and totally enjoyed the unit. Everything was simple and even had private parking. Location was perfect. Shower had plenty of pressure and the bed was very comfortable. If I had one suggestion, I’d make ice available to the guests. Fortunately I was able to grab a zip lock bag from the bar next door. But would surely stay here again.
