Located on the 6th floor, this beautiful quality apartment offers a magnificent sea view. Its double living room gives access to a beautiful terrace which will allow you to dine with the sound of the waves, the impressive landscape, and of course the sun!

You have a double living room with a convertible sofa, a fully equipped American kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, a bathroom and shower room, separate toilets.

Access to the beach is on foot and you can access the city center and the festival palace within 7 minutes on foot.

Beautiful Sea Front Apartment

The apartment is fantastic! The location is perfect both for accessibility to the beach and exploring Le Suquet It is also very easy to walk to the modern part of Cannes and La Croisette. The apartment is very spacious, clean and modern and the view from the balcony is fantastic! It has everything that you could possibly wish for!

Très bel appartement

Appartement haut de gamme, vue époustouflante. Les photos de l’annonce ne mettent pas en valeur le bien, il est beaucoup mieux. Agence toujours disponible et très arrangeante. Je reviendrai.
