Séjour agréable

L’accès direct à la piscine est très appréciable. L’appartement a tout ce qu’il faut pour 1 semaine de vacances tranquille. La proximité des lieux de sortie et de la plage est top.

EXCELLENT sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Très bon emplacement, l'appartement date des années 80, mais il est très fonctionnel, lumineux. L'accueil par Stéphanie s'est super bien passé, elle est Dynamique et réactive. Je reviendrais sans hésitation si je reviens.

Séjour d’une semaine en famille.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’appartement. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du jardin. L’ensemble de la résidence semble bien entretenu pelouse, piscine, accès à la mer très facile depuis la résidence. Nous avons pu visiter plusieurs sites sympas : BAYONNE, ESPELETTE,….on repart avec l’envie de continuer à découvrir cette très belle région. Concernant l’appartement , il est dommage d’avoir si peu de rangement. Il n’est pas du tout adapté pour une famille de 5 personnes. L’appartement est très mal ventilé, ce qui laisse une odeur de moisissure permanente. Les verres étaient complément abîmés par le calcaire (c’est le genre de détail qui peut être facilement réglé) L’équipement disponible pour faire le ménage est vétuste : aspirateur qui n’aspire pas, balai trop usé et franges de la serpillière noirs, usées et manquantes….ceci explique peut être l’état de propreté de l’appartement. Malgré ce manque de confort, nous avons passé une belle semaine, les enfants et les grands se sont fait des amis. Nous reviendrons dans la région.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Lionel et Caroline. La résidence est très agréable, au calme mais à proximité immédiate des commerces et des plages. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus (piscine au top !). L'appartement en rez de jardin est un vrai plaisir. La piste cyclable juste à côté permet de faire de jolies balades. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Nous sommes un couple avec ado et n'avons manqué de rien.

Fonctionnel, manque de charme… et d’internet

Équipement fonctionnel mais très ancien et peu accueillant. Tout semble dater des années 70/80 y compris le matelas. Très cher pour ce que c’est. L’absence d’internet (seulement orange capte bien, pas de wifi) a pesé lourdement dans notre appréciation. Ce n’est pas acceptable en 2022. Propriétaire très sympa sinon.

Séjour très agréable.

Très belle résidence dans un cadre merveilleux. Au calme( en ce moment ) L'appartement est cosy et fonctionnel ,les plages ne sont pas loin ,l'occasion d'une belle promenade à l' ombre. La piscine au top. Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec le soleil en prime.

Une semaine parfaite

Un appartement très bien équipé. Comme à la maison. Vraiment tout ce qu’il faut. Bonne machine à café. Frigo avec congel. Et plein de petits accessoires qui font qu’on est à la maison. Piscine parfaite. Joli espace pelouse devant la terrasse. Le rez de chaussé donne un côté encore plus doux au séjour. Appartement très frais même en pleine canicule. Moliets est une chouette station balnéaire. Assez touristique. Tout est à proximité. Plage à 10 min à pied dans une balade ombragée au milieu de golf. Et plein de jolies ville et villages aux alentours. Propriaitaire a l’écoute et disponible. Très sympathique. N’hésitez plus

Pleasant stay

The location is perfect, only a short walk to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed. Although the building itself and the equipment in the apartment was a bit older everything worked. We also enjoyed the pool. We would definitely come back.

Une semaine des plus agréable ! Un logement pratique et commode dans un lotissement calme. La station balnéaire est idéale pour les familles. Les commerces et restaurants sont proches à pied. La piscine est un plus.

Good apartments for two at the wonderful "Open Sud" in Moliets

This was our 4th stay in different apartments at Open Sud, and it was the best apartment we had - knowing that the whole complex has come to an age where complete refurbishment would be welcome. The apartment was clean, everything working, and most of all has spectacular view across the garden, the pool and further down to the golf fairways. Pleasant that the beach and supermarket is in good walking distance. Conversation with the owner Lionel was easy and super-friendly, arrival and check-out very easy as well. We would love to come back soon.
