Welcome to our new townhome, thoughtfully crafted for comfort and style. With beautiful views on every level and modern finishes throughout, this residence is situated on a serene riverfront street in the heart of Missoula.

On the third floor, the primary suite beckons with a king-sized bed, 50” Roku TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering scenic views of Bess Reed Park and the Clark Fork River. A spacious walk-in closet leads to the en suite bath, complete with double sinks and a walk-in glass and tile shower. Adjacent to the primary bedroom, a dedicated desk and chair provide a convenient workspace.

Also on the third floor is the second bedroom, featuring a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a full bed on top. Adjacent to the bedroom comes a full bathroom, as well as a stackable washer and dryer for added convenience.

The main floor invites you to relax in comfortable lounge seating with sweeping views of Bess Reed Park, the Clark Fork River, and Mount Sentinel. A large 55-inch Roku TV and an electric wall-mounted fireplace provide entertainment and ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a hooded gas stove, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and an expansive island. For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, a BBQ is available on the balcony.

On the street level, the third bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed, a 40” Roku TV, and picturesque northern views. Right outside the bedroom, you'll find your private bathroom.

We absolutely loved staying here! This was by far my favorite rental I’ve ever been in. It was not only gorgeous and centrally located, but the property managers were so attentive and helpful. It’s three bedrooms with three FULL baths, which is so hard to find. And it’s located in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. When we come back to Missoula, we hope to stay here again. It was absolutely lovely.

Great location near river and downtown

Very nice place to stay near the river and downtown Missoula. Walkable to everything downtown Missoula has to offer. Would definitely stay here again. Only concern was the garage was very tight for our large SUV rental, so we had to park it curbside which worked out.

Great spot in DT Missoula!

This location was perfect for our needs. We had a family wedding in Clinton and staying in DT Missoula was the best choice. This is a very high end property with a great kitchen and super convenient to everything you would want to check out in DT Missoula. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Missoula, which we hope to do!!

Great place, the house was immaculate, very well equipped kitchen, and super comfortable beds. Worked very well for a family of four and was walking distance to many restaurants and shops in Missoula... easy walk to climb the "M"! Quiet but close to everything

Our family has traveled to Missoula for vacation many times, and this property is our favorite. It is within walking distance to everything downtown and the university. It is on a quiet street with little road noise despite being downtown. The views of the M are beautiful from the balcony. We loved our stay and will return!

We will definitely stay here again. The property is close to the river, downtown, and the University of Montana. Quick walk to Tamarack Brewery and then over to the stadium for football game. Beds were large and comfortable. Very pleased with the property.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely place. The beds were comfortable and there were many little touches we appreciated like an available floor fan in the master bedroom (for those of us who love to sleep with one on) and outlet strips at bedside for easy charging access. The property manager was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. And you can't beat the location for access to both downtown Missoula and the University of Montana. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect spot!

We were visiting our daughter who attends UM. It was the perfect spot- close to campus, walking distance to shops and restaurants, right next to park and greenway. Very nicely appointed and clean. Do note it's a 3 story home, so if anyone in your party has trouble with stairs this could be a challenge. We had no issues and would highly recommend this property! In fact we hope to book it on our next trip out to visit.

Really enjoyed the location and amenities with the condo. Only suggestion is the ability to actually use the top bunk is difficult. Our 18 year old even had a really hard time getting up to it. Maybe 10 am is bit early to check out for most folks. Overall great stay.

This was an awesome condo stocked with everything you'd need. Great downtown location. Property manager was always easy to communicate with. My only slight issue is that the garage is very small and difficult to get in and out of. If you have a larger SUV you will probably need to park on the street, which always seemed to be plenty of. Other than that I would recommend staying here and would stay here again!!

Perfect stay in Missoula

One of the best short term stay properties I have been fortunate to stay at. Beautiful balcony for people watching and sipping wine and a lovely view of river and park, very quiet, 5 min walk to downtown. Garage parking easy and available. Brand new kitchen and updated design.... Soft close drawers and gorgeous lighting .. I plan to model my new kitchen after this one. We cooked great meals in this well appointed kitchen... Very grateful for the keurig and the coffee maker and the coffee grinder! Lovely touch with the indoor "fire" place.. Comfortable couch, bed. Three story townhouse would be large enough for at least three couples but absolutely cozy enough for me and my spouse.I liked the three closets in the MBR... Every thing I needed was there.. Iron, blow dryer, hair spray, dual zone heat and AC, tons of hangers, laundry soap... I felt quite at home and it is obvious that the owners and managers take pride in details and customer service... I was very happy during our four night stay for a wedding and I would love to return!
