About this property

Our condo is on Sandy Beach, Puerto Penasco, Mexico and at the Awarded Las Palomas Resort. Less than a FOUR hour easy drive from the Phoenix area.

Our relaxing and fun condo is a One Bedroom, One Bathroom located in the Rubi building with spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. Our Condominium is equipped with the finest from top-to-bottom, including granite counter tops and travertine tile and wall-mounted flat screen TV and sofa bed in the family room. Washer and dryer, Full kitchen with all appliances, and bedroom has a TV with a Blue Ray DVD player, blue tooth speaker, and Free wireless internet.

We have placed new appliances, king bed with memory foam topper, queen sofa bed, and chair with ottoman in our unit recently.

Breathtaking views and miles of white sandy beach on the Sea of Cortez just steps from the Condominium, beachfront living, championship golf, lobby check-in with restaurant-lounge area, fitness center, sundries/gift shop, a spectacular pool area featuring a negative edge pool with a waterfall and swim-up bar, a lazy river and water slide, water features, and walk-out beach with private beach palapas and pool side drink and food service. Lounge chairs and hammocks are provided for your poolside enjoyment.

Kureg in unit, bring your favoritek cup coffee, tea, etc..

**Low Sun Exposure,since we are in middle building allow for great mornings and late afternoon naps on the patio.**

Have Fun in the Sun with fantastic services, dining, and lodging at our condo!

We loved the location of the condo right next to the elevator so easy to unload and load the car. The bed was so comfortable we slept so good. The refrigerator had a ice maker that was a plus we forgot to buy ice. We would stay again for sure.

Family and Friends trip

We had a great time. The condo was perfect and had all the amenities we needed. We had no issues. The AC was perfect and we had no issues with being hot after being at the beach all day. We will definitely book again in the future.

Great place to stay!

Awesome spot for me kitchen amazing as well as room

You really enjoyed the stay and had a wonderful time with our family. We felt the space was used very well and there is high-quality furniture. We also greatly enjoyed the views and it was it a good VRBO experience, but with daily housekeeping, which made this a huge plus.

This room was perfect for a quick getaway when you don't bring much but yourself and a small bag. This place had everything you could need. It even had full coffee beans with a coffee maker and grinder! I always enjoy my stay at las palomas but it's even better when your room has everything you need. I would definitely try and stay in this room again.

Great spot!

We planned this trip at the very last minute, and the condo owner responded very quickly. The views were exceptional and the condo was lovely and very well stocked. Definitely a great find, and all of the beaches/amenities nearby were fantastic. My only two "could be better" comments - the hot tub on property wasn't as hot as we would have liked, and the room service people had a tendency to knock on the door a bit early in the day.

Cold water faucet does not shut off properly, should have been at least one washer pod for guest use, no sugar, maids did not come when I specifically asked them , no instructions on how we should leave the place or for the tv….. just to name a few

Stay @ Las Palomas

Hello, wife, child and I stayed here. The stay was nice and we enjoyed the beach and the pool . We did not like any of the food this place had to offer. The only thing I would probably say is the chicken wings and everything was overpriced starting at 18 bucks for just wings.. the burgers and the tacos meat were horrible no offense. For Mexico the food should be a lot better. I hope they get new chefs.

Thanksgiving Trip 2019

Very nice condo with all the amenities. Great view and location. Close to the elevator and washer and dryer were great to have too. Went home with clean clothes! Possibly needing a new pull out mattress soon 😆 the kids slept just fine on it though! Thanks for a great space to enjoy our first of many trips to Rocky Point! Hopefully with better weather next time! We still had fun at the heated pools at phase 2 👍🏻

room was located in a good area

We walked in and unfortunately the floors were dirty, the mop buckets were there as if someone was going to mop? The room itself was centrally located in a good area; the view was gorgeous. I wish it had more vents so more air can circulate; it was really humid and took all day for the AC to get to where it needed to be. Not the hosts fault, but the water was shut on all phases Sunday morning and wasn’t going to be back on till 4pm. We had to leave super early due to no toilets working or water anywhere. That kind of sucked. Overall, place was fine for the price but wish it had more vents to circulate quicker.

Great place!!

Loved the condo and everything was perfect. Very well furnished. Comfortable master bed. Pull out sofa wasn't the best but was perfect for 2 young kids. Loved the view from the patio while enjoying our morning coffee. Only "complaint" is I wish the unit had dish soap. Not a big deal since it had a dishwasher but washing the Forman Grille needed a little extra attention. Will certainly recommend and look to stay here again. Very quick response from owners on any questions I had prior to our stay. Thank you! Kids loved the movies and play station. Was a nice added touch to entertain them as we made dinner or wound down at night.

Great place!

We rented two places at Las Palomas. Great place for families! We had a wonderful time with our kids grandkids! Restaurants are amazing! We enjoyed all our meals on site. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and sea. We will be back!
