* a sitting area comfortabley set around the woodburning stove fitted in the pretty stone fireplace, with a sofa for relaxing in front of the TV
* a dining area complete with round wooden table and four chairs
* a lovely open plan kitchen with wooden units, perfectly equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
