Welcome to this modern free standing home, complete with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms near The Washington Avenue Entertainment District! Walk to dozens of culinary hot spots, pubs, markets, and Houston's Memorial Park!

The home has a 55" flat television in the living room, and 2 other 42" televisions in the bedrooms. We provide Netflix and Comcast television.

The master bedroom features a king size size bed, 50" television, two large walk in closets, a Jacuzzi tub, and the shower features dual shower heads.

The two other bedrooms feature queen size beds and private bathrooms.

For your protection we have provided surveillance cameras on the outside premises.

I would give the property about 2/5.

I did not receive any check in instructions upon arrival even though I purchased a month in advance. I arrived to the rental at night, messaged the owner on the app, no response. Called the number in the app that’s listed for the owner, the number belongs to a rude day who yelled stop calling her phone. Sat outside for 45 minutes. Asked neighbors if they knew a contact number for the owner. No one knew. Finally seen a for rent sign laying in the front yard. The number listed is for the owner. I was able to finally get into the rental a hour later. A lot of spider webs and old dead bugs around the outside perimeter of the garage and walls. My stay was for 3 days and the outside trash had been over flowing since the day we arrived and left so we were unable to take out any trash the entire stay. The inside of the home was clean.

Spacious and comfortable

This townhome in Rice Military is proximal to quite a few great restaurants and other are only a short drive away. You can walk to coffee, excellent ramen and great Tex-Mex. The space is light with comfortable furniture and great B&W photos telling the Houston story (as a local, I loved these). Nicely appointed with comfortable beds/bedding. The proprietor is friendly and communicative. Loved it.

Must-see Rental in HTX

Clinton is an awesome host and this is a truly beautiful property! There are some really great restaurants a short walk away, and it is the perfect townhouse to relax with friends and family. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Houston!

Girl Trip!

I along with my sister and 3 cousins decided to visit Houston for Labor Day weekend. We absolutely loved the place. Everything was clean. There were no issues. Homeowner was out of town for a wedding and still responded in a timely fashion. Location was perfect. We were less than 20 minutes from everything. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay should you ever decide to visit.

Chitua, Clinton, and Andrew teamed up to buy this as a group investment property. We really enjoy working together to deliver the best short term rental we can! We chose this area because it is close to the Galleria, Downtown, and just a short drive to the medical center and Reliant Stadium. There are also dozens and dozens of fantastic restaurants within just a few minutes of the house, many of which you can walk to!

The property is modern and shows very clean. This second floor of this property is a great area for family and friends to gather in the kitchen, dining and living areas. All of the bedrooms have private baths which also provides all of our guests their own privacy. We treat every home like we live there and do our absolute best to give a great experience to every guest.
