Marie France and Aurélie, the owners, will be happy to welcome you to the furnished tourist accommodation "le VAL de LOIRE" opened in 2017 and located in the town of Ballan Miré, 10 km from TOURS

Ballan Miré is a pretty town of 8,000 inhabitants in the Loire Valley region.
It is bordered by the LOIRE and the CHER.
This furnished accommodation is an ideal place to relax, unwind and enjoy the many tourist sites in the VAL de LOIRE region.
Some of these sites are listed as World Heritage by UNESCO.

- FLOOR: a bedroom with a large double bed 140/190 and 1 single bed 90/190 with storage drawers, wardrobe and flat screen

- EXTERIOR: 25 m² lighted outdoor terrace with garden furniture, built-in barbecue and clothes horse.

Parfait

Petit logement pour trois personnes maximum. Très bien équipé et bien situé pour faire la visite des châteaux environnants. Très bien accueilli par la propriétaire qui nous a parfaitement orienté pour les choses à faire dans le secteur. Je recommande.

Très bon séjour, à recommander

Dépendance au calme, très agréable pour des vacances reposantes et ressourçantes avec toutes les commodités à proximité, proches des lieux de visite. Propriétaire très discret. Piscine et jardin fort appréciable.
