Schon wieder da

Nachdem wir im Juli schon einmal in der Wohnung waren haben wir diese im September noch einmal für eine Woche gebucht. wir wollten in CATS und wenn eine Wohnung einmal TOP ist bucht man diese halt noch einmal wenn die Termine passen.

Super gelegene Wohnung mit guter Anbindung ÖPN

Die Wohnung kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Für zwei Personen reicht der Platz Die Ausstattung möchte ich als über dem Durchschnitt bewerten. Es gibt einen Aufzug, eine kleine Terrasse und einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich hinten im Haus, was ziemliche Ruhe bedeutet, allerdings hört man den benachbarten Kindergarten was uns aber nicht stört In der Nähe (ca. 500 m) bekommt man beim Bäcker oder diversen Supermärkten alles was man zum leben benötigt. Mit der U-Bahn kommt man schnell direkt ins Zentrum. Die Vermieterin war gut erreichbar und konnte immer weiter helfen. Bei der Genauigkeit des Online-Inserats bringe ich einen Stern in Abzug, da ich den Hinweis vermisst habe dass es nur 5GHz WLAN gibt und man auf dem Fernseher nur Netflix und keine TV-Programme schauen kann. Im Inserat heißt es Satelliten/Kabel Empfang den es nicht gab. Dennoch sind wir so zufrieden, dass wir unseren nächsten Wien Urlaub in 6 Wochen wieder hier gebucht haben

Apartment zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Es fehlt an nichts. Gute Nahverkehrsanbindung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Shopping in der Nähe. Tiefgaragenstellplatz top. Nette Kommunikation mit Vermieterin. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!
