Very beautiful, spacious, comfortable chalet well oriented, facing south with garden.

Very beautiful and large very comfortable chalet on a 2000 m2 wooded plot with children's games, trampoline, swing and trapeze, small cabin for children and shed (covered barbecue)

Second floor: Mezzanine with a large bedroom
On the first floor: Large living room with fireplace, dining area and very well equipped kitchen. Spacious terrace facing south with very nice view of the mountains.
On the garden level: 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a shower room + a sauna.
On the ground floor: large garage, one bedroom, one bathroom and a large cloakroom
Warm atmosphere thanks to the quality finish in cembro pine.
