About this property

Small farm located in Costa Vicentina Natural Park, in very quiet location with beautiful views and near the beach of Salema. Recently built house (2014) furnished with elegance and comfort. With 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds; has two bathrooms, one with bath and one with very nice shower
It has WiFi internet
. The kitchen is in the same room space (kitchenette type) equipped with all utensils and appliances for a practical way to prepare your meals.
Outside is barbecue with a table to enjoy a meal outdoors. Plenty of room outside to enjoy with total privacy, yet allows access to walking paths through the countryside and along the coast to take you to small simply wonderful beaches, just 15 minutes walk.

Salema is a small fishing village where you can find many quality restaurants, bars, terraces and small shops. On the beach of calm, clear waters has to hire recreational craft.
Just over 2 km in Budens has small Supermarket with ATM and gas pump Low-cost.
A 15 minute drive is the city of Lagos or the Historica village of Sagres,
A different and unforgettable Algarve for your holiday!

Great cottage with everything needed for comfort, quiet, relaxation yet close enough to a few villages to buy food. The region is beautiful and includes dinosaur footprints and amazing cliffs sculpted by the waves. I would definitely like to return and stay again at the cottage.

This house is amazing. It has everything you need and it sits right at the edge of amazing nature area with hiking trails and beaches just a short walk away. The place is silent and so peaceful.

Very comfortable, private and quiet location, within easy drive of key tourist attractions, beaches, shopping. Nice walks to beautiful beaches. Good WiFi and all the key entertainment channels. Great place if you want the best of just about everything!

Dream space

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights on our three week trip through Spain and Portugal. This was far and away our favorite place. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed to make meals. Hiking right from the house to the beach, to the cute town of Salema or just along the bluffs. It was quiet and peaceful. Five stars.

Incredible VRBO experience. The house, location, owner and details left nothing to be desired and everything to miss once we left. The close proximity of beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, and hiking/biking trails drew you out but coming back was always relaxing and rejuvenating. Luìs was extremely responsive, generous and accomodating and the house reflects an attentiveness to small details that will make you want to do the same back home. We absolutely loved staying here and will be recommending it to anyone who travels to the south coast of Portugal. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect!

We couldn't have been happier with this house and the experience in general. The house itself sits up with a few other houses with easy access to the Fisherman's Trail and all of its offshoots. There's a small beach about 10-15 minutes walk away. Perfect for a late afternoon or early morning swim or a day at the beach. The house isn't huge, but it's well laid out and perfect for two couples or a family. Luis was great at communicating and really made our stay feel like we were at home. There's a grocery store about two minutes away that is seriously the best grocery store we went to during our stay in Portugal. It has everything you need. We hiked every day right from the house and either cooked on the outdoor barbecue or walked or drove into Salema for dinner. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful Country Retreat

Tucked away and a short drive away from the ocean, restaurants, and shopping is this beautiful retreat tucked away in the wild beauty of the Portuguese countryside. This tastefully appointed country house is brimming with personality and charm and spotlessly clean taking your every need into consideration. While our February trip was not as conducive to outdoor relaxation all around the property from the stone barbecue to a generous patio complemented by french doors which swing open all around the farmhouse make Luis's home a haven for outdoor entertainment. We still bundled up and walked around the property at night stargazing. This was the perfect property to explore the magnificence of the Algarve and then return after a long day of exploration to this very private cozy dream and a glass of wine. Thankyou so much Luis! No question we would stay here again.

Lieber LuísWir wissen mittlerweile schon nicht mehr, wie oft wir schon in deinem hübschen Haus waren, welches mitten in der Natur und doch so nah von Figueira und Salema sowie dem Meer liegt.Wir kommen immer wieder gerne, weil wir das Haus, den Garten und die liebevolle Einrichtung sehr mögen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind super bequem und die liebe Celia kommt zweimal die Woche zur Reinigung vorbei.Wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen :)Bruno und Fatima
