Avon - 3BR Presidential Suite - Big Savings!!

Wyndham Avon is an all-season playground surrounded by some of the area’s best skiing. As you enter the lobby you’ll marvel at magnificent vistas through floor-to-ceiling windows, including the gondola just outside. And there’s plenty to come home to after a day on the slopes or hiking mountain trails. Stop by the lounge, gather with guests around a toasty fire pit or take a long soak in the steaming spa. A cozy evening in front of your own fireplace rounds out another perfect Colorado day.

The 1,800 square foot 3BR Presidential Suites sleep up to 10 people and feature king bed in two of the bedrooms, two double beds in the third bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living area. Additionally, there are 3 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and a balcony.

If you don't like staying in cramped rooms with no kitchens and would like a little peace and quiet this is the place for you. You will have the best of both worlds, a family oriented resort and all the amenities you may need. There is an indoor hot tub, a convenience store, ski storage and lockers, a retail outlet, exercise equipment and a game room as well as an Activity Center for the children.

Guest access

Guests have access to all amenities. Some recreational facilities and amenities may be enjoyed for an additional charge.

Valet Parking charges is $45.00 plus tax, per night. Note that we only guarantee one space per unit; additional vehicles may be parked at the Resort’s discretion and based on occupancy. Valet parking is the only parking available on-site.

This unit does not get daily cleaning service. The photos are a representation of the unit - the exact unit is not assigned until check in to maximize usage. This is a timeshare resort so furnishings/decor will vary slightly. Please review the entire description for more information about the unit and the resort.

CHECK IN, CHECK OUT:

Luggage hold: The front desk is able to hold your luggage in a secure location if you arrive early before your room is ready. They are also able to hold your luggage on checkout day.

Guest Certificate & Guest Checking in: The initial Guest Certificate is included in the cost for the unit. Once I accept your booking, I will ask for the name and address of the person checking in. The name and address must match a government issued identification such as a driver's license. The person checking in must be 21+ years of age, have a valid photo identification, and a credit card for the $250USD pre-authorization deposit.

Resort Hours: The front desk is open 24 hours a day.

Check-in: Check-in starts at 4pm. Go to the front desk and check in just like at a hotel. You will need your photo identification and a charge card for any incidentals.

Early Check-in: You can arrive early and complete your registration paperwork. The front desk will hold your luggage and they will call you when your room is ready. It is possible your room will be ready early. The front desk can hold your luggage and give you a pass that allows you use the pool, gym, computer room, and game room.

Deposit: A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit of ($200 USD) will be required upon check-in. If you do not charge anything to your room and return all pool towels/cards, this will be returned at check out. You can use a debit card but it may take up to 30 days to release the hold. If you use cash, the Wyndham will send you a check via mail to return the cash.

Check-out: Checkout is at 10am. To check out stop at the front desk.

Late Check-out: Checkout is at 10am. You may request a late checkout when you arrive. If it is available each hour past 10am will incur a hefty fee. If your flight leaves later in the day, the front desk can hold your luggage.

Presentation or Tour: You will be offered an opportunity to attend a presentation or tour, this is optional and they will offer you a gift to attend. The presentation or tour is NOT required. The presentation is usually offered when you pick up your parking pass.

Cribs: Complimentary pack and plays are provided. Please ask for one when you check-in.

THE UNIT:

Cleaning: These units do not receive daily cleaning service. Each unit has a vacuum or sweeper if you feel the need to clean. You do not need to clean your unit before you check out, but please leave the unit in a reasonable and tidy condition. It would be helpful to load and start the dishwasher before you check out.

Cleaning Service: These units do not receive daily cleaning service. If you require cleaning service, set it up with the front desk. This service has a substantial additional fee.

Dishwasher: Each unit has a dishwasher and dishwasher soap. If you need more soap, ask the front desk and they will provide more.

Electronics: Each unit has a flat screen TV in the Living room and one in each bedroom. Also included are cable TV, VCR/DVD/CD player, hairdryer, and an AM/FM alarm clock.

Kitchenware: Each fully-equipped kitchen has: pots, pans, cooking utensils, measuring cups, serving utensils, serving bowls, cooking dishes, scissors, knives, blender, toaster, a regular drip coffee maker, microwave oven, stove or cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Also there are plates, bowls, cups, glasses, and silverware. I would suggest bringing spices if you plan to cook, and storage bags or containers for keeping leftovers.

Laundry: The resort has laundry facilities. You will need to provide your own laundry soaps and quarters. Each unit has an iron and an ironing board.

Pillows: Two pillows are provided for each bed. If you need more, ask the front desk.

Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Coffee: Each unit has tiny salt and pepper shakers. There are also coffee packets provided for your regular drip coffee maker, and some sugar/creamer packets for coffee and stir sticks.

Toiletries: Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bar soap, and lotion are provided. If you need more, ask the front desk and they will provide more.

Towels and linens: Each room is fully stocked with towels and linens. If you need more towels or fresh linens, ask the front desk and they will provide more.

Wi-Fi: Wireless Internet is free for up to 4 devices. This is ideal for emails and basic web browsing, but is often slow. Enhanced high-speed wireless internet for work or streaming is available for purchase ($10 per day). The front desk will explain your wifi options and how to purchase the upgrade.

THE RESORT:

Extra Resort Fees: There are no extra resort fees (no hidden fees or taxes), but you can choose to pay for extra services like massages, and high speed internet.

Activities & Game Room:
--There are movies and games that you can check out and take to your room.
--The Game Room has video games, pool tables, and other activities.

Fitness Center: There is a fitness center.

Hot Tubs: There is a hot tub.

Lost Keys: Lost your room key? Just go to the front desk with your name, room number, and ID and they will be able to give you a new one.

Parking: Valet Parking charges is $45.00 plus tax, per night. One space per unit.

Pets: Pets are not allowed at the resort.

Pools: There are pools and hot tubs.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in any Wyndham building or unit. Smoking may be permitted in designated areas on the property. Not complying with this policy may result in the assessment of a substantial fee.
