The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, plancha, vacuum cleaner, iron, coffee machine, etc. ...
.the bathroom is composed of a shower, a washbasin, storage units, a towel dryer.
The exterior is equipped with a barbecue, a garden table and chairs, sun loungers to enjoy the calm and the sun,
Reversible air conditioning, outdoor parking with 1 space reserved for rental and located in front of the property.
Non smoking rental and pets not allowed.
Owner residents on site available and discreet.
For the reservation a deposit of 30% deposit is required the balance is paid upon entering the premises.
A deposit check will be requested and returned if no damage is found.
