A Touch of Cape Cod in West Hollywood
Two bedroom and two bath New England Cape Cod home. Centrally located to afford all that West Hollywood has to offer. Just blocks from the glamor of Santa Monica Blvd. and the Sunset Strip, and steps from Beverly Hills.
Note: City of West Hollywood regulations require that homeowners live on the property while renting a property for short-term stays. We live in the unit at the back of the property. There is a private entrance to the unit, and there is no shared living space between the unit and the rest of the house.
There is a direct view of Marilyn Monroe's first Beverly Hills home. And the home is within walking distance of some of West Hollywood's finest restaurants: Boa, Pump Restaurant and Lounge, the Abbey, Catch, and the celebrity hot spot, Craig's, etc.
There are TVs (Direct TV satellite) in all bedrooms. There is also Wi-Fi throughout the house.

This house is in a great location—close to many iconic LA areas but enough off the beaten path to provide a respite. The bed was very comfortable, and the owner added many small touches to make the stay extra appealing (water and Coke in the fridge, chocolates in the candy dish!). We appreciated the driveway for parking without the need to scramble for a space on the narrow streets. Great host, wonderful property!
Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was immaculate and well appointed. My husband and I had to work while we were visiting friends in the area and there was plenty of space for one person to work at a great desk set up and the other on the kitchen table. Lovely outdoor space that we would love to use when the weather is better - next time! Jeff was responsive and answered any questions we had. The location was really great. Close to coffee places, great restaurants and music venues. We will definitely come back!
Great location, adorable house, exactly as described
Our stay was perfect. Property was central to everything, had off street parking, was so clean, well equipped and adorable. Communications were easy, timely and provided great recommendations. Would stay again anytime we come to LA to visit!
My mom and I stayed here during a girls trip to LA. It was the perfect house…so cute, clean, and amazing location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We loved it!
I can’t recommend this place enough. Even better than we expected. Really well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. We cooked dinner and prepared breakfast but could easily have walked to so many cafe and restaurant options around us. Supermarkets around the corner and a gym and swimming pool nearby. Absolutely great!!
This home is perfection. It’s immaculate, beautifully appointed and so spacious, with plenty of closet space. I love the layout! Walking distance to coffee shops, and. supermarkets. And, a driveway! Will be back!

Excellent location. Close to everything in WeHo/Santa Monica Blvd. Next door to Beverly Hills flatts for a walk/run. Rodeo Dr walking distance. Great host and communication. Can highly recommend. Will definitely try to book again when in L.A.
This was a charming house with plenty of room for four adults. Furnishings were comfortable and decor was beautiful. I had a telehealth appointment while sitting at the dining room table and my doctor said, “Your home is exquisite!” It was immaculately clean, every surface was spotless. There were many thoughtful touches like cold drinks in the refrigerator and toiletries including toothpaste. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were pleasant. Walking distance to great restaurant and bars. Parking our 2 cars was convenient/no hassle. We would love to stay here again.

Great location, Charming House
My husband and I and a family friend recently enjoyed staying at the cottage visiting our daughter. We were there for 11 days and found the cottage supplied with everything we needed. We cooked in almost every night and thoroughly enjoyed the open kitchen, dining area and living room arrangement. The charming interior was decorated by the owner's wife who worked at Architectural Digest. Simple, elegant and spotlessly clean.
All of us slept better than at home! Very comfortable beds and very quiet location in spite of being close to north Doheny. The three bathrooms were a plus as my husband and I could each have our own seporate bath and our friend had his own.
The location was so good. Pavilions supermarket was two blocks away by foot. Urth cafe on Melrose and Gracious Madre were both walking distance. We took lovely walks in the neighborhood just to the west of Doheny and one day walked up to the spectacular gardens of the original Doheny mansion.
In all, a wonderful place and generous hosts.
My husband and I traveled to LA for a long weekend with our neice to celebrate her 18th birthday. A weekend away is a tradition we started with her on her 6th bday. This is the first time she had privacy - we usually stay in a hotel room. This house is PERFECT! Everything was immaculate. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and attractive and have plenty of storage space as well. Both rooms have very comfortable beds and linens. The main living area is very spacious, comfortable and pretty. There wasn't anything missing in the kitchen. Beautifully stocked. Our landlord Jeff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The driveway parking was a nice bonus! I only have one small suggestion - and that is to provide brighter lights in the master bedroom. I love having the dim option, but it was too dark for me. Couldn't read in bed at night. Otherwise a 10+ rating.
This is a wonderful place to stay during a trip to LA. Welcoming, beautiful home in a superb location. Allows for quick walks to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, while also quiet and secluded. Highly recommended.
We frequent vacation rentals quite often and Jeff's property stands out above the rest. The location is perfect, the house is charming and stylish, everything is spotlessly clean, and there isn't a thing one could think of that wasn't provided, including toothpaste and sodas and waters in the fridge. We cannot recommend this place more highly. Jeff and his wife have set the bar for all others to follow.
A lovely get away. Close to shopping and dining. Centrally located and in a quiet lovely neighborhood. We loved walking around the neighborhood in the morning. The place had all we needed.
