The best way to reach the apartment is using a cab, or Uber. Should you chose to use Uber, we would recommend downloading the app and you will be able to use this to call for the Uber once you have picked up your luggage from the airport. | Same-Day Bookings | We work hard to make our homes available for same day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 2-hour processing time from the point that your pre-arrival form is completed, to process and approve it, and provide access details. We ask that guests that are booking same day refrain from arriving before completing the pre-arrival form and confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in.

| Locals | Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of the listing's city). By booking, you hereby accept and agree to this condition and that you'll be required to show proof of residency. Any reservation which does not comply with this restriction will be subject to cancellation. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.

Very cool condo
Very cool condo. Very nice stay. We used the parking lot next door. Wish they would have given us a heads up about that parking lot next door. No big deal. There was some minor damage in the apartment. I sent the manager the pictures. Very responsive management. I would love to stay there again.

Fine Arts Holiday in LA
The apartment turned out to be in a wonderful location to get to so many of the venues we wanted to visit. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area and parking was remarkably plentiful for being in the heart of the city. We will definitely be looking for this property again for out next trip to LA. The unit is comfortable for 4 people and was very secure.

Surprise in the city
The area is downtown- and a stone's throw away from skid row. So there were the usual homeless folks going about their business outside when we arrived. Couldn't tell how nice the building is until we stepped inside. The common areas of the building are quiet and kept nice and clean. Our apartment had all the needed amenities. The only complaints we had are: -The bathroom light switch is broken. That's a code violation and should be replaced. - there was some mold in the bathroom shower. Not ideal. - the dryer seemed to have issues. We made sure to clean out the lint trap- but it still struggled to dry our small load of laundry (a few shirts, underwear, and a hoodie). Overall, the space was worth the price. We enjoyed our time there- check in and check out were seamless.

Weekend Stay
Brought my 17 year old son and two of his friends to LA for a music festival. The property was as described and worked really well for the 4 of us. Communication from the property management company was always prompt and accurate. Only small negative is that parking is a bit of a hassle if you need that, but that is to be expected in most big cities.

Recent LA stay
This property was a very comfortable launching pad for my family’s recent LA stay. It was immaculately clean and the decor is lovely. We parked in the Athens parking garage on 9th Street. This was at the advice of the parking attendant in the open lot next door to the property who reported frequent car break-ins in their lot. The apartment is close to many great shops and restaurants. However families should be aware that children will be exposed to many of the challenges facing our cities including high rates of homelessness. The hosts were extremely responsive to all requests.
