Large MEAUX family home, near Disney. Ideal family or group of friends

Located in a quiet residential area, the house will welcome you with family or friends during your stay in eastern Paris. You will appreciate the comfort and the space of the family home, the calm of the district, the greenery of the raised garden, and on sunny days the sunny terrace.

The location in Meaux allows you to take full advantage of the proximity of the main attractions of the region: the 2 parks Dysneyland Paris within 30 minutes by car, the castle and the stables of Chantilly 45 minutes, Vaux le Vicomte and gardens at 1 o'clock , the Marne Valley and the first vineyards of Champagne at 1h, Paris less than 30 minutes by train or 60km by the A4 motorway and of course in Meaux the museum of the great war (8 minutes walk), the museum and the Bossuet garden, St Etienne cathedral.

The house has a large living room, four bedrooms (3 x A double bed, one with two single beds) and a relaxation room (a sofa bed), a bathroom on the ground floor, a bathroom with shower. floor and can accommodate up to eight people.
The house unfortunately is not handicapped accessible (stairs).
The equipment is that of a family home and will make you feel at home: fully equipped kitchen, with coffee maker, kettle, toaster; dishwasher, washing machine; possibility to make available a cot, a high chair and a bath for small child.
Broadband Internet access and WiFi.
In fine weather, you can dine on the terrace and enjoy the garden and the edge of the canal along which you can make a short jog. Winter evenings you can play a family game (Trivial, scrabble, Monopoly, ....) around the fireplace in the living room or immerse yourself in a book.
We want you to feel at home.

- Historical night show in June, July, August and September in Meaux.
- The Villepinte exhibition center and the Stade de France are 45/50 minutes away, and Roissy CDG airport is 20 minutes away.
- Golfers can discover the golf courses of Crécy la Chapelle, Boutigny or Dysney, all accessible in 30 minutes from the house.

Great home-base for Paris, Disneyland and surrounding areas

We were really happy to have found this property for our time in Paris and Disneyland. The house was very comfortable for our group of 7. The train connection to and from Paris was so convenient. And the half-hour drive to Disneyland was great too. One caution, the stairs to get upstairs are quite steep and might be difficult for some people.

A great place to stay.

Guy was friendly and helpful kept in touch via WhatsApp to check everything was going well. The house was very clean and very well equipped and it's on a very quiet road with the canal behind for walks. We drove to Disneyland just over 20 minutes away and took the train to Paris , parking the car at Meaux station a five minute drive away. Just be aware the stairs are very squeaky, it's hard to sneak downstairs away from the children! We really enjoyed our holiday and would recommend a stay here .

A really enjoyable stay

Myself and my family (7 adults, 1 child) had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this lovely house in Meaux over New Year. We had arranged to go to Disneyland Paris for their NYE Party and the house is ideally situated for this, being 20 minutes away. We also got a train into Paris (Gare Est) and that was c.40 minutes and easy to find / navigate to. Check in / out process was easy and the communication with Guy was great. I’d definitely recommend this property for groups who want to stay near Paris / Disneyland Paris and I’m sure that we’ll be back :) Thank you!

Our stay was very pleasant, apart from the weather. Guy gave us a warm welcome, with wine and juice in the fridge. Fresh tomatoes from the garden and snacks. The communication via Whats app was good and he asked several times about our well-being. The house offers enough space and the terrace in the garden invites you to relax.

Family trip

The house was lovely and although it was a very hot week the house stayed nice and cool. Also it was nice to sit out on the patio in the evenings and the house is in a nice quiet part of the town. We were made to feel very welcome by Guy and he was very helpful and kept in touch to make sure we were ok. Short easy drive to Disneyland and very handy to get a train into Paris (about 20 mins and cheap to park at the station in Meaux). We would also like to thank Guy for posting our coats back to us as we completely forgot we had put them in a cupboard as we didn't need them! We had a great stay!

A very enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property - we were warmly welcomed by Guy and Hoda who showed us round their house. They kept in regular contact with us via WhatsApp which was very useful, particularly for information on getting into Paris by train. There was a train strike on certain days during our stay! We had plenty of space (2 adults and 2 children) in this comfortable house, and the terrace in the back garden was a very nice place to relax - it's a very quiet road and a peaceful location as it's on the edge of town. We enjoyed going to Disneyland, there is so much to do there, and Paris, and also Chantilly chateau and stables which was beautiful. Thank you very much Guy and Hoda for a lovely holiday.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend am Rand von Meaux. Es war sauber, ordentlich und voll ausgestattet. Es gab ein Wohnzimmer, vier Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, eine kleine Küche und eine schöne Terasse mit Garten. Die Räume im Dachgeschoss wurden bei Hitze recht warm, aber es standen Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Check-in und Check-out haben problemlos geklappt. Zum nächsten Bäcker und Supermarkt ist es nicht weit. Auch die Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Von Meaux geht mehrmals stündlich ein Zug nach Paris (25 bzw. 39 min). Die Tageskarte für Zug und Metro hat nur 12 Euro p.P. gekostet. Der Vermieter stand für Fragen immer zur Verfügung und war sehr freundlich. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in schöner ruhiger Lage.

Wir verbrachten zu 8 die Osterfeiertage in diesem gemütlichen, ruhig gelegenen Häuschen. Alle Zimmer waren sehr sauber und hübsch für uns vorbereitet. Guy Unser Gastgeber war nett und hilfsbereit und es erwartete uns sogar ein Begründungsgeschenk im Kühlschrank. Die Lage in Meaux eignet sich perfekt für Ausflüge nach Paris oder ins Disneyland. Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.

La proprietee a repondues a toutes nos expectations. Tout de ce qu on a eu besoin etait la. La cuisine etait fournie avec les besoins journaliers evitant le stress de faire les courses avant d arriver. Le proprietaire etait facilement accessible, nous ons acceulli chaleureusement et se sont montrer tres arrangeant pour repondre a nos quelques demandes imprevues . Absolument aucun problemes, le passage des clefs fut facile en depis de notre heure de depart tres matinale. En quelques mots nous reviendrons Merci

Cadre et maison idéale pour les fêtes de fin d’année

Excellent séjour dans la maison de Guy. Il a été très disponible pendant tout notre séjour. Grande maison , remarquablement équipée, très propre, avec jardin et à 5 m du canal pour faire de belle marche. La cheminée a bien servi, et nous avons passé de bons moments dans le grand séjour. Celui ci aurait pu être un peu mieux chauffé, mais là cheminée compensait. Très recommandé pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.

Lovely stay for new year in Meaux. Beautiful welcoming house full of charm and so well equipped. Spotlessly clean and well kept. We were 4 adults 4 children plenty of room. Transport links brilliant easy to get to town and Disney. Lovely helpful hosts who really helped us with everything we would love to book again.

Grande et agréable maison correspondant tout à fait au descriptif

Nous avons passé trois jours et trois nuits dans cette grande maison à 7 personnes (2 couples et trois grands ados). C'est une maison très agréable à vivre, dans un quartier calme avec de la place ; 4 chambres, cuisine, grande salle à manger-salon,1 salle de bains au RDC et 1 salle d'eau au premier, la terrasse est véritablement un plus. Si on veut vraiment trouver un défaut, il n'est pas très facile de rentrer la voiture dans la cour. Guy et son épouse sont vraiment très sympas et aux petits soins. Je vous recommande cette maison si vous venez dans le coin

Beautiful House in lovely area by canal

Family of parents and adult children had a lovely time in this beautiful property in Meaux. The owner was very helpful, even setting up the barbecue when we said we fancied the idea before arrival. The property had everything you could want as if you were at home. The owner even provided complementary drinks and delicious biscuits. I highly recommend this accommodation.
