Recent Provencal style villa ideal for a family holiday (maximum 6 people) in the heart of the Var.

* 2 rooms for adults (beds 160 * 200) including a parental suite air-conditioned on the floor,
* 2 children's rooms,
* Office acting as a playroom for children with games and toys available
* 2 bathrooms (bath upstairs, walk-in shower on the ground floor)
* Large living room air-conditioned dining room open on a fully equipped kitchen.

* Shaded outdoor terrace.
* Ground sported of 1200 m ² without opposite,

* Pool with heat pump, salt, secure with alarm and bubble cover: 7.25m * 3.30 m (cleaning provided one day
   out of two) surrounded by a large wooden beach equipped with deckchairs and a garden furniture + a spa (6 bubble seats and jets, octagonal) to enjoy the generous sun of Provence.

* Maisonette and children play in the shade.

* House with all the amenities (wifi access, large plasma TV, washing machine, dryer,
   dishwasher, central vacuum, water softener) to spend a pleasant holiday.

* Parking with a carport.

Its geographical location allows you to discover both the coast (Saint Tropez, Frejus, Saint Raphael, Hyères) than other tourist attractions such as the Var Verdon gorges, the hilltop villages of the Var area, the vineyards ...

Propriété conforme au descriptif proposé et à nos attentes

Gite très agréable, fonctionnel et en parfait état. Tout est pensé pour que les locataires se sentent bien et passent un bon moment. Les propriétaires prennent le temps d’appeler en amont du séjour pour échanger de vive voix ce qui est très appréciable. Quant aux personnnes qui nous accueillent sur place, elles sont très sympathiques. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter!
