Charming house in the heart of a village, 800 meters from the sea and 9km from the seaside resort of Agon Coutainville. You will appreciate this accommodation for the comfort, the authentic character of a stone house and it will be perfect whether you are with friends or family.
You can enjoy a large garden completely enclosed by walls and vegetation. You can reach the big sandy beaches on foot or by bike.
House on two levels with four bedrooms.
In RdC, you will benefit from a big kitchen living room with its chimney and its big table of farm giving on the wooden terrace of the garden. The back kitchen has all the household appliances such as washing machine, dryer, fridge freezers.
At the same level, you will have a living room with fireplace also overlooking the garden, a bedroom with double bed, a separate toilet and a bathroom equipped with a bath and a shower.
The floor consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a children's room with 2 bunk beds, a shower room with separate toilet.
The garden and its large terrace are completely enclosed by walls. You will have barbecue and a large table that can accommodate 8 people.

You will enjoy a pleasant stay in the heart of a small village of Cotentin.
Mont Saint Michel and the D-Day beaches are 1 hour drive away.
You will be facing the Channel Islands, accessible by shuttle bus from Granville or Carteret.

Beautiful, spacious house

The house and garden are beautiful, based in a lovely peaceful village. There was more than enough space for 7 of us and our children loved the garden, we ate breakfast and dinner outside most days. The house is equipped with everything you would need and to a very high standard. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. Having the beach so close was an added bonus and there are lots of wonderful beaches within driving distance. There was plenty to do in the area during our two week stay but it was equally lovely to just spend the day relaxing in the house and garden. It does say that the concierge service could provide bike hire but this wasn't forthcoming. However every other need was catered for and we would definitely recommend this property.

Week-end très agréable

Nous avons passé un Week-end de 3 jours entre amis, la maison est vraiment très agréable, spacieuse et très bien équipée (il faut juste prévoir d'amener ses draps et linge de toilette) Toutes les consignes sont très bien expliquées et en cas de questions, Claire est facilement disponible par sms. J'ai passé un très bon we d'anniversaire 😊

Ideales Haus für Urlaub im Contentin

Das großzügige Haus mit Garten ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichet und mehr als vollständig ausgestattet. Es war für uns ein wunderbarer Ort zum Erholen und als Ausgangspunkt für die Ausflüge in der Region. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir können es allen Natur- und Kulturliebhabern nur empfehlen!

Un merveilleux anniversaire !

Tout y est simple, beau, lumineux, et si doux et chaleureux : une cheminée pour chanter au coin du feu, une terrasse dans le beau jardin pour prendre le petit-dej au soleil - si ! même un 19 février ! Des chambres spacieuses, une table de salle à manger (et à boire avec le tableau qui nous invite en clin d’oeil à vaincre le plus grand ennemi : la soif 😂). Les promenades dans les dunes, toutes proches, et même l’église d’Anneville ouverte pour s’y reccueillir et célébrer ensemble… Bref, j’ai passé un merveilleux anniversaire dans ce lieu magique avec quelques amis choisis… qui ont adoré aussi ! Merci ! J’attends avec impatience mes 51 ans !!!

Jolie maison au vert

Nous avons passés un week-end génial dans cette maison entre amis. Nous n’avons manqué de rien la maison est très bien équipée - la cheminée a été fortement appréciée pour des moments partagés tous ensemble. Nous vous recommandons cette maison pour pouvoir profiter des alentours (Avon, Barneville-Carteret…).

Maison de qualité

Grande et belle maison, pratique avec tout le nécessaire. Literies, oreillers et couettes de très bonnes qualités. Petit bémol, la pelouse non tondue fraîchement. Nous conseillons cette maison.

Une maison ultra agréable ! Un salon au bord de la cheminée cosy et on a adoré la cheminée dans la cuisine. Chambres grandes. Le jardin est clos et super bien entretenu et le village très bien placé ! Gros cœur de cœur encore sur la région et on recommande le point de chute chez Claire !

Du bon et du moins bon

Belle grande maison ancienne, lumineuse, bien refaite, avec cuisine et buanderie bien équipées. Grand jardin clos bien appréciable avec des petits enfants. Dommage qu'ils n'aient pas pu profiter de la balançoire qui n'avait plus que son bâti. Par contre, literie TRÈS inconfortable. Canapé et fauteuils effondrés. PAS D'AUTRE CHAISE DANS TOUTE LA MAISON que les huit du jardin en plus des 2 bancs de chaque coté de la table de salle à manger. Il a fallu en réclamer en insistant auprès du propriétaire (la gérante nous a dit "qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire") et les 4 (bien vieilles) chaises obtenues étaient très inconfortables (assises effondrées). A noter que la maison n'est pas à 800 m de la plage mais à 1200 m ... c'est important quand il y a des jeunes enfants. En outre, pas de sèche-cheveux.
