In the heart of VERNON (400 meters from the city center) and overlooking the Seine with balcony terrace on the river, just 5 km from Giverny and its famous museum Claude Monet, beautiful new apartment richly équipé.Situé the second and last floor (no elevator) of a small residence. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, oven and microwave, induction hob and coffee maker. TVs in every room with satellite channels, DVD player and wireless internet. Epeda room with premium bedding. Parking lot and closed at the foot of the building. Guests have access to a terrace bordering a carp pond (anti drop protection net on the total surface of the pool) and an outdoor spa (bathrobes provided on request)
You will be ideally placed at the gates of Normandy, 75 km from central Paris and 150 km from the landing beaches, immediate access to Claude Monet Museum, the castle of Bizy Vernon, and a few dozen km from Chateau Gaillard to Andelys Castle la Roche Guyon. Bicycles to explore the Seine aboard the greenway. Prices include all charges, taxes included, with bed linen and towels and departure cleaning performed by the owner. Possibility of discount for occupancy 2-4 persons. Possibility of rent per night (2 night minimum)

Great apartment with fantastic view

We were greeted warmly. Our host Pascal helped with getting our luggage up to the second floor apartment, third in the US. The apartment was roomy, very clean with a fantastic view of the river. There was a lovely linear park along the river with a pathway that we could walk on to get to the town center. Vernon was a nice city itself and it afforded easy access to historic sites outside the city. The museum in Vernon was well worth a visit. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is great we had a lovely holiday but please be aware. It does not have a pool I believe I have got that error amended on the details. Yes there is a hot tub and I believe a gym but I never saw it as extra charges are taken for both these facilities this is not advised in the details and I am attepting to get that altered as its not what I was expectig. There is also additional charges for car parking I believe. The garden was not available for our use as it belongs to another property despite being photographed and mentioned in the details. The bunk bed is very high to the ceiling and poses a bit of a health and safety issue as its at head height for the one using the lower bed. We ended up tying things round it to soften the blow when we hit our heads! The stairs to the apartment are quite steep and spiral so I am glad I wasnt anymore infirm than I am. The view is lovely the situation is very peaceful. The apartment was spacious and clean The beds were cofortabe. The shower is quite hard to get into. No grab rail or non slip mat provided even the youngsters of our group foud it tricky to get out of. The position of the Apartment we found quite convenient its about a half hour walk from the station. The kitchen is well equipped having a toaster and a kettle. There is also a coffee machine but I would not know how to use it. I would go again but the lack of pool was a huge disappointment to my party as that had been my main filters for searching for the house.

Prachtig uitzicht zoals op de foto's met een heel gastvrije verhuurder

Mooi zicht op de Seine. Vanuit appartement mooie wandelingen langs de Seine. Met de fiets tot de tuinen van Claude Monet is een must. Het interieur is mooi en modern en kraaknet.

La détente est au rendez-vous à coup sûr!!

L’appartement est très propre et fonctionnel. La vue est superbe, ça ajoute un plus à l’appartement. Le côté détente est au rendez-vous avec le coin jaccuzi, terrasse... une bonne balade au bord de la seine est très agréable à faire, le centre ville est pas loin (en voiture) très pratique. Et pour finir l’accueil des propriétaires est juste parfait, très sympathique, à l’ecoute de nos attentes et arrangeant pour ces clients. Nous avons passé un superbe week-end à Vernon.

1er janvier dans le jacuzzi

Nous avons passé un très bon réveillon du nouvel an. L'appartement est haut de gamme, tout est disponible et le propriétaire est au petit soin ! l'accès au jacuzzi se faisait facilement bien que chez le propriétaire.

Absolutely brilliant.

My sister and I stayed at this property to visit Giverny: an easy cycle ride , for which the owner lent us bicycles, locks etc. The property has a wonderful view of the Seine. It was clean, and quiet and we had the use of an outdoor tub for which bath robes were provided. The owner could not have been more helpful.He helped us plan what we would do and even kindly looked up bus times, and collected us from the station.We can't recommend this property enough. It is a wonderful place to stay in the centre of Vernon, within walking distance of all amenities.
