Create beach memories as you relax in this 13th floor condominium with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. Tides 1307 is a two-bedroom, two bath, gulf view condominium, which is the closest unit to the front of the Tops’l Tides building. You can enjoy breathtaking 180° views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Choctawhatchee Bay from an enormous 400 square foot balcony. Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort is located in Miramar Beach, 10 miles east of Destin in Northwest Florida. It is a private, gated community situated on 52 acres of beautifully manicured grounds. Tops’l Resort is bordered by Sandestin Resort on the West and Four Mile Village on the East.
Upon arrival, you are able to park in a reserved covered parking space. This condo has a newly updated living room, which offers a wall of floor to ceiling windows with an unbelievable view of the gulf, a sleeper sofa, and a 65-inch HDTV with DVD player. The dining room has seating for six with additional seating for three at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, range with a double oven, refrigerator and microwave. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 40-inch HDTV and an ensuite master bath with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds with an HDTV ,DVD player and an adjoining bathroom with a shower tub combination.
If you need a break from the beach, other onsite activities include two swimming pools, putt-putt golf, shuffleboard, basketball, pickleball and tennis. If all the activities builds up an appetite there is onsite dining at two different restaurants, boasting seasonal menus that feature fresh, local ingredients. Enjoy lunch, dinner, and refreshments overlooking the Gulf at the Blue Dunes Grille (seasonal) or handcrafted beverages and casual cuisine at Topspin, adjacent to the tennis courts. Ocean Club at the Tops'l entrance is an elegant eatery in a woodsy setting featuring haute steaks & seafood, plus live-music acts.
Must be 25 years old to rent. Guests will be required to provide identification for proof of age. Tops'l is a gated community with 24 hour security. Free WiFi and cable.

Wonderful beach vacation!

The condo worked perfectly for our family’s spring break! The condo was clean and accommodating. Patricia was very responsive and wonderful to work with! The resort was family friendly with so much to do! We will definitely be back!

Family Spring Break in Destin

This was our first adventure traveling with other families for spring break. This complex is a great place to come with families-lots to do. For reference we all had Junior &/or Seniors in high school in addition to other kiddos. This particular unit was great! The view was spectacular, we appreciated the beach chairs to use and I was thankful for the Keurig in the morning. The unit was comfortable and clean. All our questions were answered promptly, the owner was very helpful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Couldn’t have been better!

We loved everything about our stay and this condo! The resort is beautiful and we had so much fun with all the amenities! Patricia was the absolute best! Excellent and quick communication. The condo views are amazing 180° views of Miramar Beach/Destin. Plenty of beach toys for the kids, the chairs and umbrellas provided were perfect and the wagon made it so easy to get to and from the beach. We can’t wait to stay here again!! Thanks for an amazing vacation, Patricia!

Wonderful Girls Trip!!

The host was amazing! She made sure every detail was covered, even down to our special occasion! Lines of communication with the host were always open and clear! This place has been added to our favorite places to stay! The only thing negative is that there was sand under the beds when we got there but that is not the host's fault, that needs to be addressed with the cleaning people. I would suggest renting a set or two of chairs and umbrellas as soon as you arrive as there is not much other space to put your own stuff on the beach. Overall this a great place to stay with an amazing view!
