Spacious room with a large balcony with a gorgeous view. Plenty of seating for 6 people. The resort was awesome. Loved that there was a ramp to the beach as stairs can be difficult for me. Very nice pool area. One thing that would have been helpful was a map of the facility. The 1st day was a little confusing. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Beach view was unobstructed and the condo was clean when we arrived. Overall, we did have a good feeling about this unit.I would recommend a walk-off mat at the front door ( as most of the other condos have) to help remove some of the dirt from your shoes. The carpets were very dirty.

The condo, furniture and master bed smelled like body odor. The kitchen had 1 cereal bowl and not enough silverware. The shower curtain liner in the 2nd bathroom was 10” too long creating a significant trip hazard. The furniture on the patio needs to be replaced. One of the chairs broke when my husband sat in it. It was by far the worst condo we have ever stayed in. It looks uncared for and very shabby.

Very nice room and place to stay. Very clean friendly ppl easy pool and beach access. Only complaint would be the pull out mattress might need to be replaced but we enjoyed our stay over all

Beautiful ocean view!

We were traveling to Hilton Head and decided to make a change due to Hurricane Ian. We loved the location of the condo and the beds were very comfortable too. It was nice and clean and the community is beautiful!

THE AMAZING VIEW!!!!!

Everything was great. Felt like home with an awesome view as soon as you walk in. The balcony is large so everyone can just spread out and chill. Easy access to the pool and beach.

Great family getaway

This property was a great location for our family. We have two adult children, and the condo has a large living area. Plenty of room to spread out within the condo. The unit was just outside of the elevator, so was very convenient. Just a short walk to the pool and beach.

Great location, easy elevator ride and walk to beach, good beach and pool vibe. The condominium itself was great, freshly remodeled, no maintenance issues. The ocean water had some algae, but nothing anyone can do about that.

Overall nice stay and met expectations. View from the 12th floor was great especially for the fireworks on the beach. Kitchen could use a few more dish pieces like more than 2 cereal bowls. And the water in the shower sounds like someone is vacuuming. Other than minor things like this, it was a good stay.

We would had been happy to send out our maintenance to look at the shower head to see if there was something that could be done to make it not so noisy but we were never contacted and had no prior issues, but do apologies that you had to deal with that. Nice vacation at the Beach

The condo location was great, and we liked the closeness to the pools and beach. We were visiting family in the area and have stayed at Tops'l before- this was our first time at the Tides. The view from the condo was fantastic and the balcony was very nice- we used it every day. There was plenty of good shopping / restaurants in the area. We rented a pontoon boat at Destin Harbor one of the days and that was fun. There is a state park very close to the condo and it had some wonderful hiking. The condo was adequate - kitchen was nice- but could use some updating as the carpet seemed worn in the bedrooms. The master bedroom shower stall was a bit slippery - could probably use some kind of anti- slip shower treads. The kitchen was well stocked except there were only 3 beverage glasses - lots of wine glasses though!
