Well designed for two people, comfy bed, wonderful small balcony facing Canal Brienne. We loved the location..easy walking for our plans..and Carrefour Express a few minutes walk away. Thank you Guillaume!

The apartment is in a lovely location overlooking the canal and within easy walking distance of a boulangerie and restaurants. We used the small balcony to sit on.

Clean, bright studio apartment in a quiet building on a quiet street facing a canal. It has everything you need, and the host, Guillaume, was super responsive. I also found the location pretty convenient for the price. The only reason I personally wouldn't return to this listing is that the shower stall is very narrow. I am 5'7'' and 180 lbs -- granted, not petite or slim, but not abnormally large by any means! -- and it was awkward to maneuver in there. I would recommend that you face the door while showering, because it's easy to nudge open accidentally, and you won't hear anything because of the sound of the water. Luckily, there's a mop and bucket in the hall closet... Still, that's just one small aspect of an otherwise wonderful stay in Toulouse. Check out the nearby Héraclès statue and boulodrome!

endroit très sympathique: vue sur le canal. pas trop de commerce mais l'essentiel. hôte très agréable et à l'écoute. le studio aurait besoin d'un petit rafraichissement mais correct.

Appartement exigüe. Ménage fait à la bâcle.Plancher et murs crasseux. Aucune envie de défaire les valises dans cet endroit. De plus en arrivant, à moins de 20 mètres de l’appartement nous croisons deux rats qui sortent de nulle part, en plein jour. Imaginez le soir au retour du resto… Le proprio a le culot de refuser le remboursement et Abritel s’avoue impuissant à résoudre!

Notre annonce indique pourtant de façon tout à fait transparente, description et photos à l'appui, qu'il s'agit d'un studio. Le calendrier de réservation étant resté bloqué pour ces 3 nuitées, l’application de nos conditions d’annulation ne prévoyait aucun remboursement. La propreté et la qualité de notre accueil sont constamment saluées par nos hôtes, comme le démontraient nos 10 avis précédents qui nous permettaient d'afficher une note d'excellence.Notre studio fait l'objet d'un suivi et d'un entretien stricts entre chaque séjour pour garantir une expérience optimale. Oh Toulouse ! Un séjour au pays de Nougaro est toujours un plaisir, ce logement le long du canal de Brienne à deux pas de Garonne est un régal. Nous reviendrons.

Très bon appartement

Appartement idéalement situé, non loin du centre ville, dans une zone très calme avec vue sur le canal de brienne. L'intérieur est propre, bien agencé et correctement équipé. Propriétaire très attentionné, conciliant et disponible. Je reviendrai sans hésitations.
