House located along the beach Goërem, which offers a magnificent sea view of all living rooms and the terrace.
Large living room-kitchen-all open.
3 bedrooms with double bed in each of them + 1 child bed of 1m20 in one of the bedrooms.
Shower ground floor and bathroom with shower upstairs.
Toilet on the ground floor and upstairs.

On the peninsula Gâvres:
Gâvres offers three very different coastlines with its long beach of fine sand facing south, the small sea of Gâvres protected to the north and the view of the ramparts and the island of Groix off.
With batobus, Gâvres is easily accessible from Lorient and Port Louis.
To have :
Dolmen Goërem: megalithic monument, listed building from 3000 BC.
The church of Saint-Gildas is Romanesque (1892) in Latin cross and entirely of granite.
Saint Gildas fountain (seventeenth century): sort of vaulted wells, buried under the dune, reached by a staircase of 17 steps, gave his name to the Porh-Puns cove which means in Breton: the port of the well .
The battery (fort) of Port Puns was erected in 1695 to protect Port-Louis.
Wearing Ban-Gâvres is picturesque with its tangle of narrow streets dotted with small squares. Ban-Gâvres was in the 1950s and 1960s a large sardine port.

The beautiful city of Port-Louis with its citadel and its Museum of the East India Company. Accessible by water bus.
The small sea of Gâvres with its typical peaches (clams, oysters, rigadeaux) and kite surfing and windsurfing site.
