Excellent location. Steps to the beach make it easy to come and go. Porch has sun or shade, so everyone is happy. Kitchen is well equipped. Great place to relax and recharge.

Ideal location. Well equipped with just about anything you need. House was well maintained and comfortable. Beach access is unbeatable and made our week easier. Booked next year before we left.

We loved our visit to Dauphin Island! The beach house is beautiful, spacious and the views were unbeatable. The house was clean when we arrived and though some of the interior didn’t match the pictures, I think the changes, especially the navy couch was a great improvement and much more practical. I can’t comment on communication with the host since I never had to get in touch with Kristen. We never had any issues and all communication regarding check in/out was through a single VRBO email. The only improvement I feel needs to be addressed is the kitchen. The cabinets were badly chipped and not closing properly. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the pans need to be replaced since the “non-stick” pans were too scratched to be used. We had a wonderful visit and I’d highly recommend.

This was our third spring break at this house. It meets our family’s needs very well. It was very clean and fresh when we arrived and that’s always a plus. The washer and dryer had been upgraded. We love that the house is right on the beach! See you next year!

We absolutely loved staying here! The proximity to the beach was amazing, we slept to the sound of rolling waves. We saw dolphins, stingrays, incredible sunsets, and caught all sorts of fish: red drum, black drum, whiting, and even a pampano! Our kids adored it as well, playing in the sand and waves just below the house. It was a vacation to remember!

Perfect Stay

This was the perfect beach house for our family vacation!! The location directly on the beach was fabulous- sleeping to the crashing waves, morning swims, dolphin sightings, we beached all day. Beautiful home and perfectly relaxing stay- thank you.

Wonderful place to stay for a beach vacation! Stunning views with multiple places to watch the sunrise and sunset. The house was great for multiple families wanting to stay in the same house. There was plenty of space for everyone! The host always responded quickly to my messages and was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and we will be back!

This beach house was just what our family needed for the Labor Day weekend. Great location! It was wonderful to step out the door and the beach and ocean were your literal backyard! The house provided everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. If our family finds their way back to Dauphine Island, we would book this lovely house again.

Perfect Beach Home

I have stayed in a ton of VRBO properties and this was by far my favorite. It was just as advertised and was right on the water. I have nothing but praise for this property. I would definitely stay again!
