Convenient.

The morning commuter trains were a surprise, crossing just a few metres from the apartment, starting early in the morning. No comfy couch, nowhere to relax. Convenient for transport and walking.

Great Location In San Jose's Barrio Escalante!

Very nice apartment over a terrific Mediterranean restaurant. The property is within walking distance to many restaurants and night life, but far away enough to avoid the noise. A small grocery store is also a short walk away. It is a 3rd floor unit with no lift/elevator so be prepared with heavy luggage. The apartment has cable TV, WiFi, and A/C, and the owner was always responsive to answer questions. Unit advertised 2 bathrooms, however, there is 1 bathroom with a shower, and the 2nd only a half bath with toilet and sink.

Highly recommend!

I was hesitant about staying an apartment over a restaurant but turned out to be a great experience. Eating there is also a must! The food is amazing. They lined us up with a driver, Mario. He was was awesome! Will be back!
