Very beautiful view facing the sea for this T3 apartment, sleeps 5, in a residence on the 6th floor, offering an entrance, a living room facing the sea with sofa bed 140, a fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen (hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave grill, 4-burner induction hob), bedroom with 140 x 190 bed, bedroom with 120 x 190 bed, shower room, WC, balcony. A parking space for medium-sized vehicles. Close to all amenities, Presidents shops, Arago market and beach. Holiday vouchers accepted. To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, deposit of €800.00 by bank check as well as cleaning deposit of €113.00. Optional: cleaning possible at the end of your stay, the price €113.00 and linen rental if you wish.
