This beautiful 1 Bedroom loft villa includes two full bathrooms, fireplace, two tv's, full kitchen including new appliances: stove, dishwasher and refrigerator, and views of the golf course off the terrace.
Downstairs is a brand new queen sized murphy bed that sleeps two, upstairs is a king sized bed that sleeps two as well
Located in the beautiful and peaceful setting of The Norwich Inn and Spa, this villa is a 1 minute drive to the Mohegan Sun Casino.
The clubhouse on property offers in season a large heated outdoor swimming pool. Year round indoor hot tub, locker room, exercise room at no additional charge.

Clean and well situated for spending days at the spa. Host very responsive. But, very outdated and showing its age.

Family visit

We are originally from the area and needed accommodations to visit nearby family. Clay, the host was readily available and responsive to emails and questions and the location was perfect for our daily visits’s with family who live nearby. Bonus is the proximity to Mohegan Sun with its many dining options.

Cute villa and great location!

This property is exactly as described, Clay is an easy, responsive host, and the location is great. There were plenty of towels and bedding, and even some coffee pods waiting on us. If you are looking for a place close to Mohegan Sun, this is a great option! It was also easy to get to New London and Mystic.

Fine for a short stay

Great location near the Norwich Inn and Spa. Place was clean and as described, except that the Murphy bed was a full size, not a queen as the listing had indicated, and not very comfortable. The king bed upstairs was fine. Had all the kitchen basics we needed for a two night stay, and the proximity to the spa was great.

Lovely place

It was a nice clean place. Bigger than we expected. Light switches are in weird places, but that is the only nitpick I have. Definitely considering coming back here next year. Hopefully for longer.

We had a wonderful stay at Clay’s unit. We have stayed at multiple units through the years but this was by far my favorite. The unit was sparkling clean in every nook and cranny. Beds were comfy and closets were well stocked with clean blankets and plenty of towels. Kitchen well stocked. Would definitely book again!

Great stay near attractions

We had the pleasure of staying at Clay’s condo in mid August. The condo was just as clean as the online pictures suggest. There was more than ample space for 2 people. This gave the condo a home like feel. The windows and balcony provided plenty of natural light. The amenities of the condo all worked well – the SmartTV, air-conditioning, stove, dishwasher, shower, wifi and microwave. We also spent time at the hot tub and outdoor pool just a few yards away. We would definitely recommend Clay’s apartment.

Mildew

I was so disappointed upon arrival opening the door we smelled nothing but a mildew smell. There was mold and mildew on air vents, shower curtain, ceiling. Then the cob or dust webs all over. Villa is dated. Sheets wet bleach stained. I was so mad as I was in town meeting my daughter’s best friend to celebrate her 30th birthday. Contacted owner and he did have someone come clean Saturday but it never should have been in that condition to begin with. He told me villa was cleaned three days earlier. I have a hard time believing this. Villa should have been cleaned prior to my check in. I made reservation weeks ago. I had to go to Walmart and get bleach spray, febreeze spray, air fresheners and Clorox wipes. I had to open windows and air out villa. I hope this mildew doesn’t get me or my guests sick. I have a hard time that this place was previously rated 9.7.

I responded to your call right away and had my cleaning person go over early next morning to address your concerns. She did another thorough cleaning and I left you a message that it was done. Girls Getaway

Lovely villa on the grounds of the Norwich Inn and spa! Spent 3 days here to celebrate birthdays with my best friend…during the HOT August weather!! The villa was just as described, plenty of room for each of us to have our own space to sleep and get ready!! Everything was clean and organized, this villa was well equipped and offered many little extras in the kitchen and bathrooms!! We had an issue connecting to the wifi but we were able to watch TV with the cable connection. We had a wonderful stay, I would definitely stay here again!

Great spot!!!

The directions were a bit confusing to get to the property but that was easily overcome. The Murphy Bed was surprisingly comfortable. PLENTY of towels and a nicely equipped kitchen only missing a toaster, again no big deal and understandable. Would I stay again? 1000% Absolutely!!! No pointvin reading anymore reviews, BOOK NOW so you don't miss out.
