About this property

Large, well-appointed house of 150 m2 with 4 bedrooms, living room, 3 bathrooms, separate toilets, large veranda and enclosed garden of 700 m2 in a quiet area close to the center and the oyster port. This house is designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children under the age of 16 (2 double beds, 2 small pull-out beds and 2 bunk beds).
It has a large sunny terrace with awning, an outdoor garden furniture for dining for 8 and a barbecue as well as a ping-pong table and a lawn not overlooked.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer as well as all small household appliances.
The independent living room has a large flat screen TV and a box allowing free and unlimited wifi access.
There is room to park on the street but you can also enter two vehicles in the locked garden.
The house is located 1.3 km from the beach and the center, ocean beach and Cap Ferret half an hour.

Maison confortable et agréable à vivre. rénovation intérieure récente faite avec gout. Très bien équipé, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour.

idéal pour 2 familles

La maison est idéale pour accueillir 2 familles (4 adultes+4 enfants) il y a assez de rangement et de place. De plus il y a des jeux pour les enfants. La situation est vraiment au calme. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour.

3 semaines de vacances agréables dans une maison spacieuse,joliment décorée au calme et bien située

maison très spacieuse qui permet de vivre en famille tout en gardant une indépendance des uns par rapport aux autres.ses 3 wc et 3salles d'eau/bains évitent les "embouteillages" et les attentes...donc les énervements!!!! les nombreux rangements sont également appréciables jardin en pelouse en partie ombragé et terrasse spacieuse où on a pu manger tous les jours....super bien!! parking pour 2 voitures!!! agréable de ne pas chercher une place à chaque sortie motorisée.....mais on peut se débrouiller à pieds ou à vélo sans problème!! un seul bémol...les 3 marches qui séparent la cuisine de "l'espace vie" et les 2 autres entre une chambre et une salle d'eau/buanderie.... mais ceci est très personnel car je souffre des genoux!!!! bref c'est beau,bien situé et très calme; vous pouvez y aller!!!!

Très grande et belle maison dans quartier tranquille.

Vaste maison impeccable et propre, tout confort. Idéale pour grande famille. Accueil très sympathique. Andernos belle station avec commerces et restos (huîtres) nombreux. Très bon point de départ pour visiter région. Très bon séjour, merci!
