Weitläufiges Grundstück und tolle Terrasse

Ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung. Sehr herzliche und nette Vermieter. Das Grundstück ist fabelhaft und die Ausstattung solide. Hier und da würde das Haus für unseren Geschmack mal ein wenig Modernisierung benötigen …. die Küche allerdings ist neu gestaltet. Der Aussenbereich ist wundervoll und weitläufig. Und der Kamin im Wohnzimmer sieht nach Gemütlichkeit an kalten Tage aus…

Belle maison de famille

Maison de famille ayant tout le confort nécessaire. Léger manque de propreté à l’arrivée, peut être qu’un service de ménage devrait être mit en place pour que ce soit plus simple à gérer pour les propriétaires. Nous avons passé cependant de belles vacances, les propriétaires sont très accueillant et de bonnes volontés pour donner toutes les bonnes choses à faire dans la région 😊

Très bon sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à gujan mestras, Mario le propriétaire, et sa femme sont des personnes charmantes et serviables. La maison est confortable et bien équipée , nous n'avons manqué de rien.

Bon emplacement, mais villa tres sale !

La villa est bien située, au calme, proche de la plage et des commerces, avec un jardin agréable, les propriétaires sont disponibles. La déco est dans son jus mais conforme au photos. Ce sont les seuls points positifs, car niveau propreté, nous avons failli repartir directement tellement c'était sale. Nous avons passé plusieurs heures de ménage a notre arrivée. Les eaux de lessivage étaient noires memes apres plusieurs passages... inadmissible avec un bébé d'un an qui rampe. Il avait les mains et les pieds sales et permanence :( Le canapé était insalubre (poils d'animaux et odeur de chien mouillé), nous avons du installer des couvertures pour pouvoir nous y assoir. On nous a assuré qu'un nouveau canapé était commandé, assurez-vous avant de réserver. Il y avait beaucoup de poussiere partout, une odeur de renfermé, de la suie sur les bords de cheminée, des poils de chien sur les bords de lit, de la moisissure sur le grand tableau du salon, les couverts et vaisselle étaient sales. Les bain de soleil étaient sales et cassés... bref, je m'arrete la. Tout cela a entaché notre séjour, nous n'étions pas a l'aise. Le propriéetaire a fait un geste mais cette villa mérite un véritable ménage de fond et rafraichissement.

Merveilleux séjour

La vie est faite de rencontres et celle avec Claudie et Mario a été très belle. Ce sont de belles personnes accueillantes, disponibles et d'une gentillesse rare. La location est conforme à la description. Nous avions l'impression de déposer nos valises dans notre résidence secondaire. Rien à redire sur l'équipement, il y a plus qu'il n'en faut. Pas besoin d'aller à l'office du tourisme car Mario aime sa région et conseille sur les endroits à visiter. Nous vous conseillons donc les yeux fermés cette location. Encore merci à Claudie et Mario pour cette semaine de rêve. Nous reviendrons sûrement. Marcel, Danielle, Valène et Marjorie vous embrassent très fort.
