7.During winter time - keep faucets on partial drip
8.Return all keys, access cards upon checkout - failure to do so will incur extra fees.
9.Under no circumstances are you to move, or rearrange the furniture, curtains
10.Be respectful of the place - this is not a hotel - any failure to do so will result in early termination of stay, and incur extra fees.
11.Any non-sense, trouble makers, criminal, illegal activity and you will be terminated, reported-kick off of AirBNB, and fined.
12.Do not rearrange any furniture, curtains, blinds, etc.
13.Return any linens, sheets, towels, items that do not belong to you. Any items found missing will be deducted from the guest's security deposit.
14.If you leave a mess despite the cleaning fee, your security deposit will not be refunded.
