Located in front of the sea and the mountains, 5 minutes from the center, this new fully air-conditioned villa will offer you all the comfort and functionality you want for a most pleasant stay.
The maximum capacity is 8 people.
Fully furnished and furnished with contemporary furniture and decoration, this house has 4 bedrooms each with its closet, TV and its private bathroom, a living room including the kitchen / dining area communicating with the living room and 2 separate toilets, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs.

On the terrace, you can enjoy outdoor furniture including 1 table for 8 people, 2 sofa / armchair lounges, deckchairs, the swimming pool and the view of the magnificent Calvi bay and its surrounding mountains.
You will appreciate, thanks to the heated swimming pool, being able to bathe even out of summer season.

Moderne super ausgestattete Villa mit top Einrichtung. Jedes DZ hat ein Bad und in der Küche stimmte alles. Vom Außengrill bis zu den elektrischen Geräten und einer sehr guten Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Zubehör. Das Beste ist der Blick von der Terrasse und natürlich der Pool. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche und empfehlen die Villa unbedingt weiter!Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

Superbe villa avec une vue incroyable sur la baie de Calvi (c’est encore mieux que sur les photos !). Vous pourrez profiter de magnifiques lever de soleil. L’emplacement de la villa sur les hauteurs de Calvi permet d’être au calme tout en n’étant pas très éloigné du port et de la plage. À louer sans aucune hésitation !

Villa fonctionnelle avec une vue superbe

La villa est bien agencée , très propre, très fonctionnelle et bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour pour 8 personnes. La piscine chauffée était cependant un peu fraiche (mais quand même plus chaude que la mer à cette époque mi-avril) , mais rien que la vue sur le golfe et les montagnes vaut le coup.La propriétaire est très accommodante (horaires de check-in check-out avantageux car c'était possible à nos dates) et nous a envoyé un lien GPS pour nous guider, ce qui a été nécessaire pour trouver notre chemin le 1er jour.A Refaire!

Très agréable propriété correspondant parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Pas de "mauvaise" surprise a l'arrivée, c'est important de le noter. Autre point important, c'est que chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et tout est décoré harmonieusement. Donc a recommander.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus befindet sich an top Lage , ruhige Gegend mit Sicht auf die Bucht von Calvi und die Zitadelle ,mit dem Auto ist man in 5 min. Im Zentrum . Die Übergabe war problemlos sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter . Hatten tolle Ferien ,können wir mit ruhigen Gewissen weiter empfehlen .

Belle villa spacieuse avec vue magnifique sur le golfe de Calvi. Calme absolu. Piscine agréable. Emplacement top ! A proximité de Calvi, moins de 30 min à pieds, moins de 5 min en voiture. Présentation de l'annonce conforme à la réalité. Séjour très appréciable. Seul bémol : lits non faits à l'arrivée.

Concernant les lits, depuis le Covid nous avons un protocole qui stipule que nous ne manipulons plus le linge qui est mis à disposition et préférons le laisser blister afin d’assurer la sécurité de nos clients. Très bien mise à part la météo

Concernant notre expérience, nous avons pu bénéficier d’un accompagnement du propriétaire tout au long de notre séjour et surtout lors de notre arrivée. L’emplacement de la Villa est proche du centre ville, ce qui est très appréciable. Ensuite, nous avons particulièrement retenu une vue magnifique et un calme apaisant, parfait pour profiter tout en se ressourçant. Nous vous recommandons cet endroit.

Tout était parfait et très bien équipé. Il manque juste une douche extérieure sur la terrasse pour la sortie de la piscine.

Nous avions déjà séjourner dans un des appartements des propriétaires l'an passé et nous avions eu l'occasion de visiter cette magnifique villa et la réserver pour les vacances de février. Très fonctionnelle, tout est neuf et décoré avec soin, rien ne manque. Salle de bain dans chaque chambre donc chacun son univers. Mais nous avons surtout apprécié de pouvoir se baigner en février grâce à la piscine chauffée, il ne fallait juste pas trainer dehors. Encore mieux que sur les photos.
